We came to town for a conference. My friend and I were tired, and not very hungry, but that does not excuse the extremely poor service from Mandy. Of course, everyone around was having very expensive drinks and dinner. I would have at least wanted to be asked about dessert. She could not have been more bothered for us to waste her time.Too bad.

Excellent sandwiches but what keeps you coming back is the friendliness of the waiters. They accommodated us even though we didn't have a reservation.

Wow. The food has gotten a little better lately but the servers are the least friendly and accommodating as I’ve seen in awhile. It’s a shame because I’ve been going there for years and it’s gone downhill.

I’m a 3rd generation customer! From the 1st time I came here with my dad 34 years ago and ordered a burger & fries till tonight I have never had a bad experience!!! Highly recommend!!!

This was the third time here. Each time it has been very busy. The service seems slow, but honestly it is because they are so busy serving others. The staff is friendly and working hard. I have had the trip tip sandwich before but, this time I went for the NY 12oz it was cooked ? to perfection. I doubled up with the veggies and mushrooms ? because I am training. Everything was delicious.
