I ordered a chicken sandwich to go at 5:58pm order #14, I didn't get my food until 30 min later!!! It was done until 6:30pm and people after us were getting there food before us!!! Only few people in not even a rush or anything,was a horrible service 🙄

Places charges for everything, they won’t give water cups but instead charge you. They offer 2 sauces per meal . Meal was $16 plus tax and then want to charge you for ranch. Their 22 other sauces are free but not ranch! I hate companies that try to take advantage of customers. I will not return here.

Had to take back my stars for this place. Before inflation the combo #3 had good portions. Now that inflation has hit everyone we are still willing to come here and pay the inflation rate but why fall short on the portion. If we paying for the high rate anyways keep the portion the same we not asking for more but keep it the same.

Almost 20$ for one combo. Charged extra for one sauce. Combo comes with a kids size drink. This place is the Allegiant Air of chicken strips… nickel and diming for basic stuff. Will not be going back. Food was of low quality as well.

No matter what you get the chicken is never fried long enough. Chicken pieces are wet, skin falls off really easy, same with the fries their barely cooked. You get the same results if you ask for extra crispy. Not worth the prices for what you get.

Bland, soggy, chicken. Slow disinterested staff despite an empty restaurant. Terrible corn starch sauces. Never had chicken that had zero seasoning in the batter. Amazing. Also the beignets literally splashed oil out when bitten, they were water-logged with oil

Food cold, got the buffalo chicken fries and cheese wasn’t even melted. Barely any chicken on it. Some type of sweet nasty sauce on the buffalo fries. No good won’t ever go back.
