Workers are too slow, waited 40 minutes and still didn't get our food. Decided to get a refund instead. Wasted too much time. If chicken shack was part of the minimum wage raise, then it's not worth it. Just shut down like Fosters and MOD Pizza.

If you're going to this place be ready to wait for over 20 minutes for an order of small fries. Sadly I have to give this place a one star review. I understand if businesses run slow when busy or understaffed; but this place was completely dead and back staff were a bunch of teenagers talking and laughing. Cashier didn't greet us and lacked manners when asked if the fries came with any sauces and when we asked for a refund. I definitely will not be returning.

Horrible service these clowns forgot part of my order I didn't notice until I got home when I call I sit on hold for 15 minutes then they tell me I have 7 days to pick it up. I'm not going to make a special trip for a few things I wanted to wait until I placed my next order but " we can't do that, thats our policy " F your policy I'm going to canes it's better anyway

My son and I went here and got a chicken sandwich and some fries, he's only 2 years old, so he only ate the fries. When I order at a place with a lot of sauce options, I always ask the cashier which one they prefer and he was a little helpful, but needs to smile. A smile goes a long way, maybe even to a 5 star review. Not only was he not smiling NO ONE in there smiled at all. Not even the manager that came and was passing out food. The place was clean, it's also huge inside! Just wish the service was better in my opinion. No problem here.

Food was decent. The prices are a bit steep but what isn't now-a-days. I typically don't tip for fast food but considering I went to the restaurant 30 min before closing I tipped. However, I immediately regretted it after asking for a water cup in which the cashier said they don't give watter cups here. Mind I spent 30+ dollars and tipped and she couldn't spare a cup of water. Also, I ordered a 5 finger chicken plate and they only provided a teensy 1 oz of sauce. I asked for more and she says "I'm gonna have to charge you for it". The cashier needs to fix her attitude. Worst customer experience I've had in a long time. The cashier definitely needs to find a new job that suits her because food service is not it. First time going there and last time as well.

not really the type of person to complain... but this was unbelievable!! i work close by so i ordered some barbecue chicken fries, i started eating it until i moved my fork and found a hair. YES A HAIR. i took a picture and waited to show the cashier who was helping another customer. i went up to her and i told her there was a hair in my food, she said ew and i asked her if she needed to see a picture or the food. i showed her the pictures on my phone and she asked for my food back. i gave it to her, at this point i was just ready to leave, she said they were gonna make a new one, on that i didn't even end up eating because i was so disgusted. I usually come her and the food is 9/10 but i will not be returning at all! Pretty sure it was the griller's beard or head hair!!
