**We’ve been loyal customers of Craft House for a long time, and I’ve never had to write a negative review—until now.**
I came in with my kids on a hot 90-degree day. The owner seated us at a corner table and then completely forgot about us. For 20 minutes, we sat without a greeting, service, or even water. Meanwhile, a white couple who came in *after* us was immediately attended to by the owner—offered wine and beer samples, and had their order taken right away.
I didn’t say anything at first, but after watching them receive service while we were ignored, I politely asked the other owner (his wife) if we could order. I even said I understood they were busy and was willing to be patient, but it was upsetting to see customers arriving after us get priority service. She took our order, and I asked for water for my thirsty kids.
Then another duo arrived, was seated just a few tables away, and immediately got water, silverware, and multiple greetings from both owners. By that point, we had been there 30 minutes without so much as a glass of water or silverware.
It was frustrating, disheartening, and frankly felt discriminatory. I have the entire experience on video and in photos. My girls and I finally got up and left. After years of coming here, this was deeply disappointing and unacceptable.

Delicious! What Heirloom WISH they were! Lovely workers and the food was delicious! We got the Seared Ahi Salad, Poke Nachos, Thai shrimp Tacos and the Pork belly sliders! And FORGET about the other low reviews who complained about the food NOT coming out QUICKLY, this isnt fast food. Would recommend as a nice Brunch :) will be coming back soon :)

This place is so cool! I was in town visiting someone at the hospital and came here to get essentials. They have all of my favorite organic brands. The deli was good and had fast service. Wish they had one of these where I live.

Never ate here before, and I won’t be back. This is just a burger and sandwich place pretending to be “global” by tossing a taco and some ahi tuna nachos on the menu. They sat us at a dirty table in the back and wiped it down with a smelly rag right on top of us. We had planned to order several things, including drinks, but after seeing the food coming out of the kitchen, we decided to just share fish and fries. We even paid $4 more for sweet potato fries, but while waiting, we realized we didn’t want to stay. We asked the waitress to pack up the order. When we left and opened the bag, they’d given us regular fries instead, and the fish had no salt and was dry. I’m irritated I spent any money there, but honestly, just thankful I didn’t spend more.

Nice place, really friendly staff. Food was ok, nothing I'd recommend personally. My girl had a vegetarian sandwich that used to be a fat vegan cutlet(usually mushroom) that is now just veggie chicken strips in between two buns. Meh. My burger was decent, not much flavor to the patty, the pickle was great, fries were good too. Tots were also worth getting and good ranch too.
My main issue is the price of drinks. 16oz pour of any beer is $10.50, probably the most expensive I've seen anywhere, even the bay area for a basic beer, not even something off the charts hard to find, just some in house brew with maybe 2 other guests taps that were also just ok. The seltzers taste like flavored wine, they're strong af.
Really nice building overall with plenty of seating and friendly staff, just not sure I'd come back due to wildly high beer prices and somewhat under seasoned food.

Delicious tacos. Unique fare. Service a bit slow on a busy Friday night but the patio was nice and food totally made up for it.

I was very disappointed with the menu selection. Basically burgers. Not impressed. I went one time before and had an item no longer offered on the menu and was told it was probably the Sunday menu. Won’t recommend to anyone or go back.

The burgers and sandwiches here were straight up fire! The sauces paired with the sweet potato fries were also amazing. I recommend the strawberry Sriracha and the garlic ranch.

Worst food ever, We were the only customers in the restaurant and the food came out cold. Will never come here again. Don't recommend this place.

The food was amazing. Though the drinks were pricey, they were also good. The staff were all extremely polite and friendly. They were quite busy and seemingly understaffed. The drink orders took the longest time to be served. Would try again based on the quality of our meal.

Finally tried this place and I wasn’t impressed. The food was mediocre. Fish and chips had strange taste and were shaped strange. My side of tots were good but had a long hair in them. Thai tacos had a strange taste too. Service was poor. They forgot to bring one order out with all the other orders and then forgot the salad. Had to keep asking to fill my water glass. Atmosphere was like a school cafeteria. The waitresses ran around like crazy but didn’t seem to be doing anything since the place wasn’t that crowded. Never will go again since it wasn’t very relaxing and the seats are as hard as a rock.

Came to eat here a couple of times, loved it & decided to have a birthday dinner here. The restaurant was called twice to confirm they could accommodate 11 people to which we were told they could & even calling the day of to give a heads up. Upon arrival we were told it would be a 30 minute wait along with a lot of confusion. We had no problem waiting. We eventually got sat and were greeted with a very annoyed waitress. Every order or request was taken with extreme attitude or an eye roll. She accused us of not admitting to our orders to get out of paying, tossed the silverware on the table & told us to “disperse these” and at one point even left in the middle of getting a drink order saying she had to go take care of something. Website even said that closing was at 9, lights were being turned off on us by 8:30. With busy schedules, we were just all happy to get together & would have never gone some where that couldn’t accommodate us. Ultimately, we just wanted to support local & loved the food from when it was at the craft house.
