The Habit Burger Grill

Terrible service. Same as all other bad review that has been posted.

They offer curbside pick up, but I don't think they teach their employee how to work or do their job. Might as well just remove the curbside option if those girls they hired can't do simple job.

They even have a tip option as well. LMAO

Best advice, don't tip if you are ordering online. You don't know what trash service you will get.

Just tried the 6 dollar half chicken sandwich with a salad. It was ready when I got there, the sandwich it self was delicious with the caramelized onions on sourdough bread. The side salad was a nice touch. I will definitely be back for lunch in the future.

Curbside never works , when there’s no customers inside they take 30 minutes to bring out the order. Customer service over the phone is not helpful at all. I went to the counter to get help with my order and not one worker acknowledged me . 5 minutes later a woman just standing around in a blue shirt helps me . And tells me my order still not ready after placing it 25 minutes ago and the app said it was ready .

Disappointed in service!! Please do a better job.

Great burger! Sadly the General Manager was working and stingy about the ranch. I get charging for take-out. I was dining in and asked for one extra… Customer appreciation> Food cost

They have a much bigger menu selection , but for me nothing beats an in-n-out burger. We only gingered if we want sweet potato fries or chicken sandwich

Perfect

Horrible customer service tonight. No one would take our order at the register. I asked the worker if we could order some food and the worker looked at me and looked away. We would order from the order station but we wanted to specialize my son’s burger. We waited at the counter for over 10 minutes without anyone coming over. I was about to walk out but my son said it was fine to get something different. We will be going to the other location from now on.

The burger I ordered was pretty tough… Tasted very well done.
