Horrible customer service tonight. No one would take our order at the register. I asked the worker if we could order some food and the worker looked at me and looked away. We would order from the order station but we wanted to specialize my son’s burger. We waited at the counter for over 10 minutes without anyone coming over. I was about to walk out but my son said it was fine to get something different. We will be going to the other location from now on.

The burger I ordered was pretty tough… Tasted very well done.

This is our 2nd time here. We only came for the coupon deal. Get a burger or chicken sandwich with a $3 purchase. Burger or chicken was not made fresh.

Seen the cook take the already cooked meat out of a stainless steel warmer pan and place the meat on the grill to cook a second time.

The banana shake barely tasted like banana. I dont think there was fresh banana in it.

Where's the chicken?

No pic of the hamburger, it was avery thin patty. The bun was thicker. 👎

Not the same as I remember in Santa Barbara back in the early 90's.

Burgers, fries, salads, onion rings, were all good, kids meals were of decent amount. However, some chairs inside are in need of an upgrade. They are leather, but some are so frayed and worn out that my 2 kids (<7 y/ o) who were wearing shorts, were not comfortable sitting there that we had to resort to bagging the food and headed home to eat instead. The only available seats were outdoor seating, and it was a 90-something degree weather.

Too much to say, go there all the time fantastic club sandwiches . All time favorite restaurant.!!!!!!!!!

Food was pretty alright cuz my fries were cold. Service was horrible as the lady is dark blue and glasses was very rude when I asked for ranch. She said I had to pay for it but the person in front of me got their ranch for free without any food. I wasn't asking for freebies which is why i think she was rude to me. I sat for a good hour when I was eating and she was friendly to everyone. I just felt not very welcomed by the worker at the register, she had an attitude with me from the start.

I had the teriyaki burger without the extra stuff and it was tasty:)

Would honor 5 gift card saying it was expired. After order double checked and it expires Jan 20th 2025. Why do the gift card promo buy $30 get free $5 when store will not honor.

It was cold in the building and the chairs were cold also they got a few items wrong but nothing serious

A great burger in a bowl for those of us who are gluten intolerant. I had a lettuce wrapped burger and fries. Gluten free! Woot!
