Honestly really disappointed in this place. The staff are sweet but for the amount of low traffic they get, they should not be messing up orders as often as they do. I have come here often, and I cannot tell you the number of times they have made my order WRONG. Despite clearly asking them to make sure they make it as ordered. Granita drinks have coffee or caffeine in them. The smoothies dont have caffeine in them, my heart is very sensitive to the coffee based caffeine. I know even without coffee some products have caffeine in them. But I will ASK for a SMOOTHIE and they repeatedly send me a GRANITA, whether im ordering online for delivery or at their drive up myself. They keep doing this, its been more than 8 times in counting and thats absolutely ridiculous for the price youre paying. I dont know why their employees go out of the way to either not read the labels or just not make it right but they're gonna end up landing someone in the hospital someday with their negligence. 15 dollars for a smoothie thats made wrong is absolutely nuts. And the coffee added to drinks is not only basic it makes it taste like horrid garbage too. Was really excited for this place but after several countless reoccurring issues with what seems like 1 or 2 staff members that keep messing up everyone's drink repeatedly and creating waste in the process as well. I dont know if im too eager to order from here anymore despite their sugar free options I was excited for. Either retrain the staff that cant follow instructions or fire them, this location is not nearly as busy to be making errors on the regular like this for products people are paying for.
I cant imagine people who are coming here for the first time and cant discern if their drink was made right or wrong and they are on medication or limitations of some sort where they cant have caffeine or coffee or sodas and then they get their order wrong and end up in a serious medical emergency, not knowing they are basically being poisoned. Very very irresponsible staff
P.S. I have nothing against the owner of this location, honestly I love supporting small businesses but the amount of times my order has been made wrong despite even clarifying and double checking, its just ridiculous. I hope something is done about the staff who just dont care to follow instructions or the actual order tab and end up making this location go down in stats heavily just because their service makes this location terrible.

Absolutely love visiting the Human Bean drive thru on Shaw in Clovis. The service is prompt and kind, the coffee is yummy and well priced and my favorite part is the selection of sugar free syrups. This 16oz brewed coffee was only $3.25, can’t beat the price for the quality. I tell all my coffee friends about this spot!

I've had blended coffee here and it's always been great. Recently I ordered one of their low carb/lower calorie blended drink. I had chocolate with peanut butter and I thought it was delicious. They have so many options of flavors that can be added to the smoothies. I am very happy with their products and would recommend you try The human bean coffee shop
I find myself coming here more and more. The service is quick and friendly, I like to try their new featured drinks and the baristas are always super helpful. And the coffee is just so good. My favorite right now is the “Bees Knees” I just wish there was more locations!

Depending on which staff are there, services are a hit n miss, most employees are rude and disrespectful, just don't care about customers at all. They never offer sleeves for coffee,nor stoppers, I burned my fingers once already and food items are not available towards the end of the business day.

The pros was they have 2 lines. The lines were by quickly. I have a pretty good size menu with a lot of different options. I got a cold brew and my girlfriend got one of their energy drinks. The cold brew tasted water down.Barely had a coffee flavor to it. My girlfriend got the Galaxy bright energy drink and she didn't like it very much.It wasn't bad tasting it just she didn't like it. I thought it tasted really good. Almost Like a blue raspberry jolly rancher. But I'm more of a coffee drink person.And they're Cold Brew tasted like water.giving the benefit of the doubt. maybe it was just the person working didnt make it correctly or it just happened to be too much ice or something I don't know but it didn't taste like coffee at all. I might go here one more time just to see if it's the same.And if the cold brew tastes water down I won't be coming back. The pricing is About the same as dutch. We had good service The employees that worked there were very polite and nice and they were very fast with the order. Over all better than Starbucks.Not as good as dutch

We order the same items all the time, so we know how they're supposed to come. The young girl working there didn't seem to want to correct the problem by saying that's how they usually do it. Sometimes the workers enter in the orders wrong too. The drive-thru lanes go by slow on a busy day, and it's awkward when they merge into one lane. We generally like it here, but honestly there are better places to spend our money that don't waste our time.
