What else could be said about yet another drive-thru, walk-up coffee joint?My wife had the Mesimocha(sp), tasty. Reminded me of Christmas.I had the Chai latte (hot/milk), not so good. Mind you, it's powder. So can't blame the batista for that.We used the walk-up so we could sit at one of their 3 tables. It was good enough.Overall, average. If we happen to be in the area again, we'll stop by.

Coffee is good, just wish they would get my order right. I order the same exact coffee every time I go here and the price changes “without rewards”. I can order a 12oz and it will be the same as a 20oz although menus price is different. Same coffee , seems like it depends on the employee at the time.

This is a cute little place for a coffee. I drove thru today and got a 16oz caramel granita add whip and it was so delicious and silky. Definitely has the right amount of flavor and caffeine without having coffee breath after. Also, for new customers the 16oz is between a small/medium. It all really depends how much drink you want. Will be back ?

This drink tasted amazing but what I really want to highlight is that while I waited for my drink at the window the girl asked me how my day was going. We had a brief conversation but I went away feeling genuinely appreciated and hope that everyone who comes through the drive-thru gets to experience the same that I did today.

First time stopping here...ordered a frozen hot chocolate and a frozen Mexi. Both were really delicious! Friendly, fast service as well.

Wow, what an absolutely terrible customer service experience. I don't know the person's name, but she was the Asian woman with purple hair. So extremely rude. She didn't give me a whole lot of time to order before she started rushing me. When I finally gave one drink order she immediately told me the price. I told her I wasn't done, she had the audacity to sigh before asking what else I wanted. Really? I'm sorry I'm in your drive thru while you're on the clock getting paid and no other customers are behind me. I didn't realize I had to rush through an order on a menu I'm not 100% familiar with so you can go back to not serving any customers. If this is indicative of the customer service I can expect from the Human Bean, then screw this place. I'll just drive further and spend more at Starbucks or Dutch. At least there I don't have to deal with rude employees that are acting like I'm a burden while they are on the clock. This place needs to be better, a lot better.

I came here for my very first time. To say the least, I didn’t get to try anything. I was greeted by someone at the drive thru that was extremely rude. I wasn’t aware that they use literal ounces for size so all he said was “we don’t use ‘medium’ here look at the top to see sizes”. This was just one of the rude things he did. I’m sure it gets annoying, but this was my FIRST time here. I am waiting for my drinks, and the employees are working extremely slow. I didn’t have time to wait so I ended up leaving without my order.I was honestly super eager to support a different coffee shop other than Starbucks. I hope people have an better experience than I did.
Best Coffee Shop in Fresno! Staff is super friendly and helpful. The person who helped me Mark was a joy! And the drink was amazing! Highly recommend.

Love it!!! I was in the area and had wanted to try The Human Bean for quite some time, and I’m glad I did! Cute little drive thru with friendly staff and delicious coffee! I had the Iced Mexi Mocha and loved it - the chocolate coffee bean on top was an adorable addition!
