This was hands down the best food I’ve had in a very long time ! I really can’t describe how good it was !! And the drinks were absolutely delicious ! Highly highly highly recommend!

When we walked in the waiter looked like we were a inconvenience to ihim was not polite never asked if we needed anything eles to drink how was our food nothing never saw him after getting food had to ask other water to get us to go boss and had to flag him down for bill I will never go back!

I was shocked at the rating of this restaurant location as I placed my order. I felt it was unfair as i've had many 5 star experiences here in the past. But after today I clearly see what the problem is and what makes it a 3 star place: Inconsistency.
Today's meal was so offensively inconsiderate that i've actually come to change my review from 5 stars to join the many 3's. Which is much more accurate. The burger patties were well overcooked despite the specific request, my favorite burger was carelessly assembled, the cheese completely unmelted on both burgers, and the curly fries were woefully stale/staged. There must a good chef in there based on past experiences, but whoever was working today was so miserable that I feel the only way of getting back at him robbing me of my money, spoiling my appetite, and ruining my palette for my favorite item, is to lower my review. Today's insult as a standalone experience is worth 1 star, but due to past experiences i'll average it out to 3. I'll travel further to one of the other locations if I ever feel daring enough to give The Mad Duck another try.
