I absolutely love this place they have hands down the best protein shakes! Everything I’ve tried here is delicious and gives me a boost of energy throughout the day. Crystal the owner is so sweet and welcoming. If you’re wanting to try someplace new or just want a healthy treat I definitely recommend stopping by!

Today was my first time going to this place and I have to admit it was great! I had the Blueberry Acai protein bowl LOVED IT, watermelon refresher LOVED IT and the protein doughnut which I have never heard of was delicious!! I cannot wait to go back and try the protein waffles oh and the staff was great very nice and broke everything down for me. I definitely will be returning.

The young man mentioned drinks that had that boost. Great customer service The drink I got was something with pomegranate, it was a little sweeter than I prefer though. Still delicious though.
