Today was going well halfway through our meal, there was a fried cock roach ( that's what it looks like to me, please see pictures ) in our fries. This ruined our meaI, I really like wingstop, this is near my house, but with bugs getting into my food, I will stay away from this one

Yah need to update your schedules, cus it's says it close at 11pm. And I placed an order for pick up and thought that is closed n canceled it. Then placed an delivery on Doordash n my dasher went there n say it's open. Smh

I ordered online. I ordered 40 wings. 10 wings was order plain but there was a option for sauce on the side. When picking up order I ask for sauce on the side for my plain wings. They charged me for it. On top of that, when I got home there was no blue cheese and ranch that I ordered in the seal two bags. Over all, the place seems do disorganized, rude staff and lack of knowledge. Now u understand why this location has such a horrible reviews. My recommendation is to avoid this location and drive 10-15 mins to the next Wing Stop

Wow!! Woulda Been 1star Or Zero After My Delivery. This girl Kaci Fixed My Horrible Order The Other Day On The 9th. Qi Called For Days, Gave Up, Tried Am Shift She Awnsered And Was There For my Order, Wings Spot On, Fresh Hot Perfect. While Her Manager Went Out To his Car and refused To speak To Me!! He went In Back When i Asked To Speak To Him. Ryan Sucks, Shes Awesome. Knew Everything going On, Helped New kid upfront And Was Running Both Lines and Awnsering Questions. Only way ima Order Again Is If shes there.

YOU WAS FIRED!!! I recently decided I'll give this wingstop another try because I felt like the only reason I had a bad experience was because you was a bad worker. So when I walked in I was expecting the worst but instead I was greeted by a friendly face who was very upbeat. His name was Koz and he took my order with a very charismatic way and was very very fast and skillful, major props to koz!!! Also you is a l**** thank you for firing you.
I went in to this location this weekend and was horrified to see not one of the three employees preparing the food wearing masks properly. One was wearing his around his neck, another didn't bother wearing one at all and the third -who I later learned was the shift leader- was only covering her mouth (which does no good if she sneezes all over someone's food). When I spoke to her about the risk they're taking by not following the health guidelines during a pandemic her response was, "Well, it's hot, so..." I walked out without my food. If they don't care about hygiene as the prep food during a pandemic, I doubt they care, period. Disgusting.

Manager was yelling at a staff member to get in the back because the manager was going to be with the Trainees. She told this female worker very loudly that she didn't want to see her in the front area. I called to place and order and was sitting out side. The manager picked up the phone and said she was putting me on hold (no body in the store) and hung up on me. Do not visit this place. WING STOP you need to hire a new manager. I will say that this manager came out to bring my wings to the car and she was much nicer

Never eaten here before and a buddy suggested it, so there we went. I order the 6 piece boneless meal with fries, a soda and ranch. Once we got home (I live 5 minutes away from this location), opened the bag and in hopes everything is hot and delicious and truth be told....highly disappointed! The fries were SUPER OLD and STALE! The wings flavored: mango habanero and hickory smoked BBQ. The hickory was just plain ol' BBQ nothing special, however the mango habanero had some kick to it so I really enjoyed that. Due to COVID, there was no line, so walked up and ordered right away. Said that our order was going to be about 10-15 minute wait....ummm I didn't see mobile orders or other customers inside so I was a little confused about the wait time. So again, it was to my surprise with the wait time like this the fries were extremely disappointing! I'm willing to give it another shot and hopefully edit my review.

Fries are soggy every time even if you ask for them "extra well done". Who tf wants soggy fries lol, look like you put them in some hot water for 5 seconds and plated em. Pasta fry a** mf. Negative stars Soggy again... worst wing stop in the city off top

The wings may be good, the staff are not. I suggest you go to any other Wing Stop. Place online order, ready in 18-23 minutes. Waited 45. Called and was told "we're pretty busy" and was placed on hold. While I was on hold, I went inside to inquire about my order. The staff were horsing around, no customers inside. I am all For have fun while you work, making your work fun, not at the expense of good customer service. There had been three sets of customers (5 people total, including one cute as a button toddler). Three. That's a crowd?! They need to rehire new managers and staff.
