Very bad service I got the teriyaki chicken bowl with veggies, and the veggies were raw another thing my bowl had very little rice. I waited an hour to get my food. I don’t recommend this Waba grill to anyone.

Not the best first experience. I live around the corner so was excited to have a new veggie-friendly place nearby. I ordered the plantspired steak and was called to be told they don’t have it so I subbed tofu. Overall not bad, but the edamame had no beans and was just basically empty pods. The veggies were unseasoned and weren’t hot. Good sauce and decent tofu.

Flavor experience! Bright, crisp vegetables! Genuine flavors! Excellent meat quality! Savory sauces! My daughter had the value combo meal with chicken rice bowl and side of veggies with a drink (under 10). I had the taco trio with chicken, steak and spicy chicken tacos(under 10). We absolutely LOVED IT. Good service with patience answering all of my questions because it was my first time ever to a WaBa Grill. Good menu selection. Prices were good, didn't break the bank. Dining room is simple but sufficient. We will definitely be back for THAT FLAVOR!!
Dined on 11-12-25, 5:30 pm. Complement your staff 😊

Not bad, not good, but I won’t be back.
So the first thing | noticed when I walked inside was how loud the music was playing. It was overly loud. I went to the front counter to order and wasn't sure if I was supposed to use the electronic kiosk, or order directly from a cashier considering there were customers were doing both. I asked the lady behind the counter and she wasn't particularly friendly. She motioned to the kiosk which I was then able to use to place my order fairly seamlessly. I ordered a spicy chicken bowl with white rice and had the option to add vegetables, which I chose to do. According to the ordering kiosk, the bowl was to come with broccoli, shredded cabbage and shredded carrots.
I sat at a nearby table while I waited for my order. Having worked in restaurant kitchens for many years, I watched the cooks and other employees and saw that the kitchen was highly disorganized, and was not by any means running smoothly. After about 15 minutes, they called my name and I got my tray with the food on it. After sitting back down at a table, I saw that one of the two side sauces that I had ordered, as well as the side of green onions that I had ordered, were not there. I went back to the front counter and asked for them, but due to the music being so loud the employee couldn't hear me. I had to raise my voice in order for him to hear me, and then he asked me a question that I couldn't hear because of music. He had to raise his voice just for me to hear his question. It then took him a while to find the green onions because they evidently were not in the refrigerator that he was looking in, and he disappeared into the back.
Atter I got my sauce and green onions, I went back to my table and took the lid off of the bowl that I had ordered. Two things immediately struck me. One was the very small amount of protein that was actually in the bowl on top of a whole bunch of rice. I had seen the cooks weighing the chicken before putting it in the bowls, which I’m sure is just for consistency between orders. I'm guessing though that they only use at the very most, 3 ounces of chicken per order.
The second thing I noticed is that although there was supposed to be broccoli, there wasn't any. Instead, there were edamame. For those who have never eaten edamame, the husks are not edible and the beans on the inside have to be removed from the husk in order to be eaten. So I had to use my fingers to remove the edamame from the bowl and the rice just to eat them. I wasn't planning to have to use my hands to eat part of my rice bowl.
The cabbage and carrots that were in the bowl was essentially a bagged coleslaw mix. The flavor of the chicken and overall bowl was quite underwhelming and completely midline average. It wasn't bad, but it certainly was not memorable or anything that I would ever crave. In fact, it reminded me very similarly of a teriyaki chicken bowl that I recently bought at a hospital cafeteria.
Overall, the food I had at this WaBa Grill was mediocre, the protein was minimal, the advertised vegetables were different than what was served, and it was $13. Considering this, I will not be back. Plus, it was just too darn loud in there.

Went in and ordered on the kiosk which was very simple and fast. Was able to apply my 25% off signup coupon i recieved from the app and got myself a shrimp taco which was really yummy, steak and shrimp bowl also yummy just wish it had a little bit more meat, and some dumpling which were 10/10 super delicious. Will be coming here again in the coming days for happy hour with friends!

Food is not bad, but not good either. It was a weird mixture for me and rice was undercooked for my liking.

Staff is great. Location is good. Portions are pretty bad. The beef tastes like trader Joe's bulgogi...not sure that's a good thing.
