Every walk into a completely empty Wingstop at 4:30 in the afternoon as soon as you walk it I have a set lady that works there else at you and says are you a pickup and you say no and she as well if you're going to order here it's going to be about a 45 minute wait we're busy I was like okay we'll never mind and she just walks away..
I'm sorry I thought you were a business and you wanted to trade my money for your food Guess not..

Dirty inside never clean tables. The food was absolutely disgusting. The worst food I ever had at Wingstop. The service was stupid soda machine was broken. Just got water.

The employees were very rude acting like helping me was a waste of their time. I asked if the wings were fresh they said yes but when I got them they were cold and some of them looked like they had been sitting for hours. I called them and told them they told me they don't do returns.

Customer service was really bad. The so called GM was no help. ā€œGMā€ threatened to check the cameras after they forgot to put an order in our bag because they ā€œnever made a mistake beforeā€. However, they never checked the cameras until I had requested for it after 5-10 minutes of bickering with them. Turns out they made a mistake. Instead of apologizing, they blamed us instead.

I don’t write reviews, but had to for this one meal.

I was raised outside of the US, where sometimes food safety and quality aren’t always a priority, so I’ve got a good stomach for the most part. I’ve travelled to third world countries where my stomach had no issues at all.

And being in Fresno, I currently have a list to try every restaurant that serves fried chicken!

That being said, I have never come across a worse take out than Wingstop. All my respect to the staff that’s working hard I’m sure, but the food served was absolutely awful: Chicken as any dish, is hard to screw up. Just cook it at the right temperature and worse you’ve got is a bland chicken.

My chicken tenders were borderline raw. The taste of it was just disgusting. That’s my main issue with the whole dish. I automatically threw my whole order away.

I’m not looking for any refunds or compensation from them: Just to warn anyone that sees this review to think twice and just go ANY other place than here for food.

Terrible experience. After ordering online and showing up 25 minutes later (the tail end of the expected preparation time) I wasn’t acknowledged for like 5 minutes, where they then ask if I am there for pick up. After telling her the name, she goes and looks at her receipts and doesn’t see my name. She doesn’t come to tell me anything and just continues preparing orders. I waited for 30 minutes before I overhear over the phone that the wingstop gave our order to another customer. Not only do they not make another order or refund us, but they straight up ignore it! I had to confront them about our order being given away and she had the audacity to lie to me about it being for somebody else. Worst customer service ever. DONT COME HERE!!!
