Terrible experience. After ordering online and showing up 25 minutes later (the tail end of the expected preparation time) I wasn’t acknowledged for like 5 minutes, where they then ask if I am there for pick up. After telling her the name, she goes and looks at her receipts and doesn’t see my name. She doesn’t come to tell me anything and just continues preparing orders. I waited for 30 minutes before I overhear over the phone that the wingstop gave our order to another customer. Not only do they not make another order or refund us, but they straight up ignore it! I had to confront them about our order being given away and she had the audacity to lie to me about it being for somebody else. Worst customer service ever. DONT COME HERE!!!

Ordered a 30 piece crew pack today and i got home to split with my family and we only had 20 wings. I gave them a call and the manager said she made the order and she needs to review her cameras. It’s okay I won’t be coming back
I went on a Friday night and it took about 5 minutes for any of the 3 woman to acknowledge me. They appeared disgruntled. The dining room was a mess, missing items at refreshments, and no ice.
Additionally, I have observed them have delivery drivers fill drinks for their delivery platform customers in violation of AB3336, section C.2. All food and drink items need to be prepared and sealed; drivers are not servsafe certified.
When I kindly pointed out the health and safety concern to the lady staff member, she appeared annoyed and dismissive. She stated that’s what they’re told to do. She then proceeded to walk to the back of the kitchen and whisper with the other two ladies.
Food cold. Didn’t give ranch after buying them and they aren’t just a few cents it’s like $2-3. Workers always seem stoned.

The employee, named Nayeli, gave an attitude from the get go. Which ruined my appetite to be honest. She was rude to the people before us as well. As soon as I got to the line she asked how she can help us so I began order, only to be interrupted with her asking for my name. If she needed my name before the order, she should have asked for that first instead of rudely interrupting me.

Let's be real, this is "grab and go" food. If you're getting wing stop, you aren't looking for the "atmosphere", what you're looking for is reliably good chicken with a lot of flavors, reasonable prices and fries that slap harder than your alcoholic stepdad, and that exactly what you get here. I'm not sure WHAT they season those fries with, but they better keep the DEA away from that seasoning because they WILL classify it as a schedule 1 narcotic...
