was missing food and when I called and asked for if I can return order to be remade since I have to drive back and it’s now cold they say no they’ll only give the missing item or a refund but I have to come back and ask for main manager when he’s here. Kirsten and Staff on 2/21 at 5pm were leaning on counters and unprofessional. Recommend Herndon and Clovis wonderful service and professionalism!

Made a mobile order and it said about 35 minutes until ready. Show up at 40 minutes and it was not even started. Was in the store waiting another 20 minutes for my order. The food was good, the wait time was horrible. I will not be back.

The wings were soggy and the fries were very thick and not cooked all the way. The food also lacked seasoning and my fries were put upside down in the bag which resulted in a mess.

i ordered my food at 7:55. My app said 23-28 mins. i had my bf pick it up & he told them the name for it, but we didn't get it til 8:45 and it was just sitting on the rack for pick up orders. They kept telling him that they were waiting on the fries while passing fries out to other customers. i know the wingstop on shaw and first get their customers food out quicker than this spot.
Every time I come to this location I leave disappointed. I’m not sure if they are understaffed but the Coca Cola is always out of order ?? , there is never any hand soap ? in the bathrooms , and they have zero trash ? bins in the lobby. The food is the only thing keeping me coming back ?

We ordered take out and it was really quick. The person putting on the sauce and Parmesan was very heavy handed this time on the wings. Meat was cooked well. I was not a fan of how much sauce we had for the bbq, but overall food was good. Fries were seasoned well. The meat on chicken sandwich was very tender. We got mild but would probably pick a different sauce next time.

Was there 9-4-23 it was very busy. Lots of people were upset about the waiting time but the employees tried their best. Overall good food and not to bad of a wait for how busy it was. Seemed to be understaffed but they got it

The night crew at this Wingstop is lazy! I ordered 10pc lemon pepper wings, all flats, well done! My wings are far from being well done! Zero or next to zero seasoning, wings are cold, they look like they just gave me whatever was laying around cause they were closing, the bottom of the container has oil everywhere, which I don't understand cause the chicken was cold so there's no way the oil is coming from chicken just pulled out the fryer and they weren't well done, barley cooked at best!! When I called no answer! The manager definitely should have a refresher training with the night crew and retrain them on how to complete orders based on what the customer is asking and paying for!Apparently the night crew takes no pride in their work!

It was solid, I've been here a few times. When it's busy it gets very busy but the workers try their best. I always recommend ordering ahead cause if you order there on a busy day you'll be there for 30+
