My son love Rosa brothers pistachio ice cream. Their ice cream is perfectly sweet and tasty. I worked at Baskin Robins for almost a year. But rosa brothers ice creams are 1000x better. Also the lady that works there is very sweet.

I like the name of the store. Tried the orange cream flavor. It was ok. I like that it wa cream and fluffy and not overly sweet but the flavors was a bit diluted. I tasted more milk flavor than the flavor itself. I will have to try other flavors next time to see if it is better.

They partnered with Rosa Brothers milk company out of Hanford. If you've never had their flavored milks, stop in and choose from the refrigerated case. The ice creams (chocolate chip for me) were both creamy and flavorful! Used to be Rita's in Clovis, so the store layout stayed the same. Great service and will let you taste test a flavor of your choice.

If you want delicious Rosa Brothers Ice Cream by the scoop or by the pint, this is your spot. They have all the flavors to include the seasonal ones when in season. They offer a basic selection of toppings for your scoops. They also have milkshakes and Rosas Brothers Milk singles. I highly recommend if you want straightforward delicious ice cream from a Central Valley dairy.

9/21/23 Trying a new spot! Great experience! The worker greeted upon walking in and was happy to give recommendations. Recommended the coconut n chocolate and gave a sample. Really delicious! Ended up ordering the medium cup of it along with 2 sugar cones to go with it. Paid for the order and the worker wished a good day! Great service & delicious ice cream! Highly recommended!
