Fabulous taco truck with some of the best pastor we've had. They were so nice and friendly! The prices were great. The owner checked in with us a few times to make sure we were enjoying our food! We will definitely be eating here every time we come to Indio.

We are new to the neighborhood and my partner snuck here without me once. Almost grounds for divorce but we've worked out a plan. We finally checked this place out together tonight and he's paying me off in tacos, specifically birria de res con consomme BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS BOMB.
BEST birria I've had outside of Mexico. I'm not sure if my partner paid off the guy and said treat her extra special given the circumstances but I suspect they've just got great customer service.
I really hoping they're open year round because I plan on packing on at least 10 lbs of tacos between now and the cooler season before I start prepping my winter body with that phenomenal birria Ramen. 😋
We ate tacos con Asada, quesabirria de res, rice, beans, and a quesadilla. I made fun of myself for ordering a quesadilla because what!? But when I tell you it was the best damn quesadilla, I've ever had—I'm not even being dramatic. And you know your girl got a coke! The rice is 🔥🔥🔥
Anyways, whether you’re in town on vacation or live nearby, don't sleep on this place amd definitely make sure your partner doesn't sneak there without you. Set yourself up now for that taco alimony.

It was so so good that I didn’t even think about taking a picture to put it on the review so I will say what I ordered and what my hubby ordered. I got two tacos, de Cabeza, and milita de birria. Both were very delicious. Good service very fast. Food got me licking my fingers. The seasoning was on point. The food was not greasy if I could give it more than five stars I would. My man got 2 vampiros and an asada taco, he also agreed that it was delicious highly recommend and would come back when we come back to visit indio.

It was pretty good but felt a little expensive for the amount of food. Had to ask twice for the consume bowl with the tacos, and still didn’t get one of ones we ordered.
The best birria in the area is parked next to an old tire service center in The industrial part of Indio. We were in Palm springs for a week and even though it was 112 degrees outside it's the only place we visited twice. The torta, the tacos, the quesadilla, it's all amazing. Served molten hot and with punch-you-in-the-face flavor.
Eat here, then eat here again the next day.
