There was only 3 people, 1 on break and it was very busy. The food was fresh but had absolutely no flavor, at all. The employees were doing their job, staying busy but the food tasted gross. None of us 4 could eat it.

I've been here twice traveling to Arizona. The shredded beef is dry and tasteless and my impression was that it had been sitting under heat lamps all day. I should have learned from the first time!

Slow service. When I approached the counter I was made to feel as if ai was bothering them. Food took 10 minutes to receive
I ordered through the app. I went in to get my order. I was not acknowledged at all. Food was made and left sitting on the counter to get cold. There were 3 employees and all they did was wander around. After almost 15 minutes I was able to get my food. My food was cold. I won't be coming back.

Waited in lobby girls just walked bye. Went thru drive thru got service that way. Watched employee with gloves on food prepping then took money from customer and went back to handling food.

The men's bathroom is absolutely horrible. They need a plumber to fix a urinal and it's full of urine and bagged up because it's out of order! The bathroom has a strong odor. No telling how long it's been that way. The toilet hasn't been cleaned in awhile too. Makes me wonder how their kitchen condition is... Poor management going on here with it's bathroom condition. Also, they are out of Carnitas so had to substitute steak on my tacos...

Walked in to a bunch of homeless staring at my family, went to the bathroom and it reeked like pee, absolutely disgusting. Wondered what else wasn’t clean, so we left. Nastiest del taco I’ve ever seen.
