The Coachella Domino's is an excellent restaurant. I ordered three pepperoni pizzas online for my wife's school class. Unfortunately, I mistakedly ordered them online at the wrong Domino's location. The staff there realized the mistake that I had made and promptly called that Domino's location and canceled my order. They then quickly made the three peperoni pizzas and got me out the door in what must have been record time. I can not say enough how appreciative I am with the service and expediency that i received from the Coachella Valley Domino's. Every staff member who was helping me was professional, courteous, and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

The most disgusting thing ever happened to me. I called the store to report this & ask for a refund manager told me to take the evidence back because he didn't believe me stating that they do not have cockroaches at the store.

I have been on hold for 16 minutes now trying to speak to someone at the Coachella location. And no answer yet. I'm trying to request for them to make my wings well done since there is no option when you order online. Never thought it would be this much of a hassle to try to speak to someone. I will probably be getting my order delivered before they even answer, and will have to cook my own wings in the oven to ensure they are cooked thoroughly. I continue to give Domino's another chance and another chance. They have definitely lost a customer after this order is completed!!! Not happy at all! Now I'm going on 20 mins of being on hold.

I live very close to the pizza shop and the wings at this place are better than wing-stop and the pizza I could eat the pizza every day and not get tired of it

My food is always prepared correctly and it’s always hot and fresh, whether it be carry out or delivery.
Called at 11pm & I was told that they were closed. I said why you are open til 12am. Then told bc there short staffed, that makes no sense at all. I was calling in front of the store so I could see that there was more than enough staff. I would like to know how much money the owner lost inthat 1 hour just bc they didn't feel like working. Im going to be contacting corporate bc this happens at least once a week. There was people outside & there coming out saying there closed. That decision cost the owner big time. 0 STARS

Absolutely unacceptable service. I ordered them, we set up the order, no issues there. An hour later, still no pizza so we call to get an update. We call them on two lines and they take 15 minutes. On one line they told us that we didn’t order anything the other line said they are out front so we run outside, nothing is outside. We try to call them back and they are consecutively hanging up on me and not picking up the call. Just terrible.

Service was good. Food was good. Even served in a timely manner. Only 2 complaints. The temperature in the building was uncomfortably hot. And the pizza slices were stuck to one another. Ate my pizza in pieces. Other than that it tasted delicious.
