In my previous order I told them I wanted 12 tacos, I left the place got home to my family opened the bag and there was only 6, and still got charged fill price for 12 tacos and only got 6. Horrible service!!!

If I could give it zero stars I would. What gives you the right to laugh at your customers faces and making them feel uncomfortable. Team Leader Eduardo was extremely rude laughing at my mother’s face and making her friend uncomfortable as well. The rest of the workers doing nothing. Unbelievable if this is how you run your store you should be ashamed.

This place can literally never get a full order right. You can sit at the drive through window and remind them of your order, and they'll still leave out 2-3 things at MINIMUM. The drive through is atrocious, and its clear no one there has been properly trained.

They don't give you what you ask for, they give you what you want, they make a mistake when giving you your food and then you have to wait another time for them to grill it again and the place is quite dirty, it needs a lot of cleaning.

Well jack just made me really upset I went to the drive thru to order and have to wait 40 minutes to get to the window. By this time I was really frustrated because I had to go to work and I decided to pass to get something fast at jack. Well i understand if there’s a line is possible I have to wait at least 20 minutes which is understandable, but I mean 40 minutes in a fast food chain and then when arriving to the window I was a little frustrated and told the employee can you hurry up it ridiculous 40 mins she just gave me attitude give in mind I was not cursing or insulting at her just frustrated for the wait. She got mad because I told her thats why your getting paid to work in a Fast food then she proceeded to take my card then tell I refuse service and close the window I was confused why would she refused and not return my card and just charge on it just for telling her to hurry up after a 40 min wait. She shouldn’t upheld my card just because she’s upset, to me thats theft, honestly I’m not comfortable buying there after what she did with my card. She has the right to refuse service for what ever reason, but not to keep my card for some amount of time. I don’t think I will return next I might get my card at all
