pulled up to the drive thru… i talk like with a high toned voice so it sounds like im screaming… there’s 2 screen orders , i said hello in the first one , i realized there was no screen that the lady’s show u when u order , so i go to the second one. in the drive thru obviously you have to higher your voice so they can hear you , i said hello twice. from those 2 hellos no one replied , i said hello one more time with my high toned or shall i say “ screaming voice “ and once i said it a lady said she wasn’t going to take my order because i was screaming and being disrespectful? i asked for the manager she said she was the manager LMAO i asked her why aren’t i getting my food she said to get out her drive through because. i was screaming? i called the jack in the box i asked for the manager it was the same lady , giggling over the phone laughing saying i was screaming being rude , i asked to talk to the supervisor the person HIGHER THEN HER she hung up the phone. once i called again they didn’t answer. Just weird store in general , I’d rather and IM GOING TOO keep driving to north indio because obviously this store doesn’t do enough for their customers. I came with good intentions wanting my food. Obviously you shouldn’t even manage a store if you feel like someone is yelling at you and still can’t work with the situation Lol. How EMBARRASSING. Weak Manager. Weak Mindset. DO BETTER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In my previous order I told them I wanted 12 tacos, I left the place got home to my family opened the bag and there was only 6, and still got charged fill price for 12 tacos and only got 6. Horrible service!!!

If I could give it zero stars I would. What gives you the right to laugh at your customers faces and making them feel uncomfortable. Team Leader Eduardo was extremely rude laughing at my mother’s face and making her friend uncomfortable as well. The rest of the workers doing nothing. Unbelievable if this is how you run your store you should be ashamed.

This place can literally never get a full order right. You can sit at the drive through window and remind them of your order, and they'll still leave out 2-3 things at MINIMUM. The drive through is atrocious, and its clear no one there has been properly trained.

They don't give you what you ask for, they give you what you want, they make a mistake when giving you your food and then you have to wait another time for them to grill it again and the place is quite dirty, it needs a lot of cleaning.
