Got my order wrong twice just now, Burger was cold and not right the second time. I go inside and they act angry that I want my money back and tell me they will call the cops on me and I told them I was recording both encounters and was able to get my money back only because I was recording. Disgusting. Never again.

It's a Jack-in-the-Box. You've been to one, you've been to most. The food is what you can expect, the service is fast and friendly. The location is slightly inconvenient (you can only turn right when exiting), but that's fairly trivial and not really a mark against the restaurant. I typically opt for the drive-thru experience, but the restaurant appears to be clean and comfortable inside.

Overall its a good fast food restaurant with good food. They could hire a few more people though. Sometimes it seems like they leave all the load of work for one or two people, which seems greedy from Desert Jack franchise.

Hi guys I absolutely hate eating out and when I do its because I'm absolutely tired I go to school, work full-time and I'm a mom of 6 young kids so I usually come to Jack to grab a Jack's spicy chicken sandwich and they never fail to NOT put cheese in my food after I kindly ask and repeat my self at least twice I also like to substitute my bread for sourdough bread and this is the second time they give me uncooked bread I didn't say nothing the first time I let it go but again are you serious I'm so beyond upset I use to work for jack in the box and there standards have dropped dramatically this is the jack Is the box in Coachella that has already done this twice not to mention the long line to wait for my food just to receive cold food my fries were cold maybe someone needs to come down from corporate to teach the people how to run the store throw the fries out after 7 minutes don't serve people cold fries because your miserable I would have even been happy with my fries dipped back in the oil be careful out their yall this store is out to get people sick by serving people uncooked old cold food.

All the tacos had so little meat some no meat and broken also forgot to give me my burger.I dont recommend people to go to THIS jack in the box .Had bad experience before but thought things were going to be better.
The whole restaurant was filthy. Floors, tables, drink machine, restroom, every surface was covered in dirt and food.
