I ordered birria tacos, and the tortillas tasted awful, like packaged tortillas with preservatives. The birria itself lacked flavor. We also ordered a refreshing drink that was supposedly pineapple, but it didn't taste much like pineapple, and it wasn't refreshing at all; it tasted like artificial flavoring with water and sugar. I couldn't even drink it because it was so bad.
During our training, I stopped at this restaurant for lunch. The first time I had a torta and then the next day I had tacos. Both were excellent. The service was great and it’s always a packed house at lunchtime so get there a little bit early. Prices are extremely reasonable as well.
Everything about this family own business is great. I've been going to this place fore many many years. Not yet has disappointed us. Been there with a small group to a large group and they never fail to deliver great food and service.
