got my whole order wrong and then wanted me to give back mac and cheese (to give another customer) in order to get my refund. when we were at the window we corrected them that the chicken sandwich we wanted was spicy, they still gave us the crispy chicken sandwich.

Chicken very greasey biscuits so hard even after they were microwaved. Been awhile since we visited a KFC, never again. I managed a KFC in Point Loma in the 70's. Chicken was much better back then. Will not return.

I love KFC the place was the tables the floor everything was quite dirty it was empty I don't know how they can't have time to clean disgusting I would say that this place needs a lot of cleaning

Terrible Service. Went through the drive through, they forget all 6 biscuits I ordered. Left my name, was told I had two weeks to stop by. When I called to see if my name was still on the list, they said no, asked if I had a reciept, of course I don’t! Then whoever I spoke to offered me 4 biscuits this time as if she is doing me a favor. Instead of the six they skimped me. Very unsatisfied. I understand people make mistakes, but one should never try to be argumentative over their own mistake.

I came to KFC around 6 pm during Dinner time get to Drive thru and the girl states there is NonChicken its cooking and it can take up to 20 minutes. KFC get it together, you know it's Dinner time people don't want to cook, you should have Chicken ready. Than I had to wait in Drive thru for 2 other cars ahead of me. Manager please check your staff, they need to be on top of Food.
