I ordered ahead for a 12 piece extra crispy at 4pm to be picked up at 5 15p and I still had to wait over 30 minutes because they didn't have extra crispy. If I ordered ahead wouldn't you had made sure you had some when the order was placed over an hour ago..

Terrible Service. Went through the drive through, they forget all 6 biscuits I ordered. Left my name, was told I had two weeks to stop by. When I called to see if my name was still on the list, they said no, asked if I had a reciept, of course I don’t! Then whoever I spoke to offered me 4 biscuits this time as if she is doing me a favor. Instead of the six they skimped me. Very unsatisfied. I understand people make mistakes, but one should never try to be argumentative over their own mistake.

I came to KFC around 6 pm during Dinner time get to Drive thru and the girl states there is NonChicken its cooking and it can take up to 20 minutes. KFC get it together, you know it's Dinner time people don't want to cook, you should have Chicken ready. Than I had to wait in Drive thru for 2 other cars ahead of me. Manager please check your staff, they need to be on top of Food.

This is not my first time at this KFC and this will be my last time. The workers are lazy even when I go to dine in they never get the order right . When you have prof of the problem they want to say that" it's because you forgot or because of you whatever " one time a guy in drive thru was slurring his words Im not sure he was sober to work at night. If you order drive thru don't expect any napkins or utensils.They have bad survive and I suspect that they do drugs in the Night Shift.
If you are planning on getting Some fast food quickly and it's for just you it's ok But if you wanna get maybe some food for the family or an event they always mess up I asked for a family bucket of chicken fingers and a big Mac and chicken what I got was a order of 2 kids meals and a diet coke large this was some other family's meal like- I feel bad for them to so I had to re order because they WOULDENT switch it out and I ordered the same for the event and they got everything right but forgot all my sauces is it that hard Fried Chicken

I'll give them 5 stars because the food was really good and cheaper than Popeyes. However their drink station was messy and as slow as it was (I was the only one there) anyone of their employees could have wiped it down.
