Really poor service from staff and manager , manager was very dismissive about wanting to give anyone a refund . Kept telling people that there are other people waiting for food when the people asking for the refund has been waiting over an hour . Would not recommend as they had me and my husband wait as well for 40 mins and screenshot when I placed my order to the time it took to talk to the manager from 9:13 till close to 10 a.m.

what is the point of ordering through the app and selecting pickup inside if your lobby is closed...? Like why not just turn off the option to do that? And to not even allow you to cancel the order when you don't wanna wait 20 cars deep in the drive through..? absolutely frustrating and a waste of my time 😠being forced to wait so I don't waste money is crazy when it's all easily avoidable

Horrible horrible! Ordered through mobile app, order not ready when I went up the window, had me parked , told me to park in a spot that was already taken, waited an extra 40 minutes. The new building layout is horrible. You are unable to leave cause cars are in the way making line for Drive thru.

The drive-up experience today was incredibly disappointing. I arrived at my designated time, checked in immediately, and then waited. And waited. And waited some more. It was a ridiculously long and frustrating wait, and for what? My coffee was no longer warm, and the food was cold. I'm not sure what went wrong, but the quality of the service and the food was not worth the wasted time.
