One of the most garbage experiences I've had at this McDonald's by far. I went through the drive-thru to get breakfast for my family this morning right before breakfast ended. I ordered three sausage McGriddles with cheese added to them and a hash brown. Everything went smooth out first but when I got home they did not give me the correct order. When I called them to let them know the manager on duty gave me attitude right off the bat and told me oh we charged you for this but we charged you the correct amount. I told her you did not charge me for the correct items I am not here wasting my time for any reason whatsoever I know exactly what I ordered and you are telling me that you charged me the correct amount of money for something I did not order. She then proceeded to say that she would need to charge me the difference instead of correcting her mistake and then I just asked for a refund at this point because I had already wasted my time and gas to point out their mistake that had nothing to do with me. This is ridiculous especially on whoever the manager was in charge for this. This happened at approximately 10:15 a.m. Dec 14, 2025

horrible service, i've lived down the street since i was a kid and this past year has been nothing but horrible service, incorrect orders, and charging wrong amount for food i ordered. they love to argue and will make you wait forever when you ask them for something to upset the costumers. very unprofessional.

Went a little out of my way to go to an open 24 hours McDonald’s before work this morning and they/their drive through was closed and blocked by a cone. It was 4;45am so I get it they were open starting at 5 - but then update your hours so people don’t waste their time
Went to the drive thru the service was good, just a bit busy that night

extremely fast service but extremely terrible food. lady taking the order did not understand english well, so it was very hard to order. the fries were cold (we tried them right after we left the drive through). so they had been sitting there for a while. hence the fast service. the meats in the burgers were also cold and the sauces were barely smeared in the burgers. they should focus more on the food quality rather than the fast service. if the food is not good i’m not coming back. if i have to wait a little i don’t mind as long as everything is made well and fresh.

This McDonald's was clean/ tidy, the tables were ready to sit and eat without having to find someone to wipe the seats before you can sit down. The drive-thru seemed quite busy the whole time I was there. It appeared to me that all of the staff was determined to get the orders out of the drive-thru window within the time allotted per vehicle. That is why I gave 1 star for the employees and 1 or 2 stars for the atmosphere. My friend and I waited patiently to have our orders taken so that we could sit down and enjoy the cool air. I watched the counter as I ate and noticed that everyone who came inside had to wait for someone to break away from the drive-thru orders to come to the cash register in the restaurant. I smiled at a few of the staff members only to get a blank stare and/or ignored. The French fries were hot and my chicken nuggets happy meal was warm as well. If my SUV had a/c, I would have gone to the drive-thru. Over all the place was okay and I did walk out with a full stomach and a cold Dr. Pepper fountain drink.
