extremely fast service but extremely terrible food. lady taking the order did not understand english well, so it was very hard to order. the fries were cold (we tried them right after we left the drive through). so they had been sitting there for a while. hence the fast service. the meats in the burgers were also cold and the sauces were barely smeared in the burgers. they should focus more on the food quality rather than the fast service. if the food is not good i’m not coming back. if i have to wait a little i don’t mind as long as everything is made well and fresh.

This McDonald's was clean/ tidy, the tables were ready to sit and eat without having to find someone to wipe the seats before you can sit down. The drive-thru seemed quite busy the whole time I was there. It appeared to me that all of the staff was determined to get the orders out of the drive-thru window within the time allotted per vehicle. That is why I gave 1 star for the employees and 1 or 2 stars for the atmosphere. My friend and I waited patiently to have our orders taken so that we could sit down and enjoy the cool air. I watched the counter as I ate and noticed that everyone who came inside had to wait for someone to break away from the drive-thru orders to come to the cash register in the restaurant. I smiled at a few of the staff members only to get a blank stare and/or ignored. The French fries were hot and my chicken nuggets happy meal was warm as well. If my SUV had a/c, I would have gone to the drive-thru. Over all the place was okay and I did walk out with a full stomach and a cold Dr. Pepper fountain drink.

This isn’t the worst McDonald’s in my opinion. Sometimes they mess up orders but I usually speak up and get it corrected. I prefer this McDonald’s over the other Coachella location.

Ordered 2 sodas. Not a hard order… the people in drive thru were very cold and rude. This store definitely needs a training course …. The soda was very carbonated and yet flat… it was weird

This is probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Honey is available to order on the app but when I tried to order it in person they told me that they don't carry it and that they don't know why. The employees were extremely rude and I will never return here. Terrible service and the food was trash. Stay away at all costs.

The service of this restaurant is so bad. The staff don't smile, the hygiene is also very poor, and there is no one to receive. I saw a delivery man who asked for a glass of water, but they didn't give it to me. Such a restaurant is too inhumane. I don't want to come to their house again.

Mid age(47ish) Hispanic lady working register on Saturday 12/28/24 around 7pm is very rude and hostile. Also, there was a "not so pleasant" smell inside the restaurant on 2 separate visits. Fries are skimped and dont taste fresh. Soda machine issues. Have to ask to be buzzed in to use restroom......u get the picture

Drove by while on the way to Arizona there was a Hispanic guy working on November 1,2024 around 1:23am and was so damn rude , food was cold, the girl working with him looked miserable! Horrible customer service ! Trying to take our order all fast, no nothing, he was the worst . Definitely should be working somewhere without customer service
