Honestly some of the best food in the desert region. If you enjoy food culture Indio and Coachella are worth the drive.

I find Garibaldis to be a classic Mexican dining experience. From the decor to the ambiance. Tasty food with modest portions. I look fwd to my next meal at Garibaldi.

The al pastor torta was amazing but definitely small. We were not offered refills on our drinks but it was busy and looked like only 1 server.

I got a torta de cabeza. The food was really good and the atmosphere was great as well. We went on a Tuesday so there weren't many people which I expect on a week day. The serve was good as well. Everyone spoke in Spanish only, which I don't mind, but I'm not sure what type of experience someone would have if they didn't speak Spanish but wanted real authentic Mexican food.

Second time coming here and the people who came in after us were served first. Starting to think it’s just because I’m a white woman with a Mexican man. This has been our go to date spot but don’t think we will come back anymore. Due to the dirty looks and service so 🤷‍♀️

Today Sunday 01/05/2025 and the waitress gave us very bad service, took the order and so far it was fine but after that she did not approach us again to see if we needed more coffee or water and we were good until I got up to ask for a glass of water and the three girls who were there were just talking, it gives me sadness to give this comment to the restaurant of Dona Victoria who is a very fine person 100%

Waitress took down our order. We waited almost an hour, we asked another Waitress about our order. We just order a birria and posole. They forgot to bring it to us. My posole was cold. It was just disappointing. It tasted good but i could taste the fat grease after 10min.

Ordered beef taquitos. Each end was plugged with a round piece of beef. When cutting it in half 3/4 of the taquitos was stuffed with chicken. Never have had this happen before. Will never go back again.
