I give them a star because they lied. I told them the Tacos if they were regular size small when I got them, there was too big and I really don’t like tacos looking like burritos that’s why I give them a star and then they’re very expensive. I’m not coming next time here.

We had the worst experience as foodies today. We went to eat tortas ahogadas, we ordered 3. We ordered the sauce on the side. When the tortas came they weren't ahogadas they were something else, When the check came we were charged $19.47 for the salsa on the side. The server never explained that they would not be the typical ahogadas tortas and that the sauce would be charged separately, (ordering the sauce on the side is typical) we felt robbed and extremely disappointed. The total cost for 3 tortas, the sauce on the side a 3 cokes was $83.64. Please think twice about going to this establishment. They are highway robbers! I will let everyone we know of our experience and advise them not to eat at a establishment that doesn't care about the clientele.

Great food, great restaurant, great service!
Mallelo and Yesenia were very helpful and made our experience truly special. We came to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and they went above and beyond to make her day beautiful. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect — a great place not only for special occasions but also for everyday dining. Highly recommend!

Food was bland. We ordered the gobernador tacos, it was literally a quesadilla with shrimp tossed on top. No flavor. 1 taco de lengua had too much salt. The mango roll was okay. Have had better right across.

Ordered food as soon as we were seated, was asking our waitress about difference between a chavela and a michelada,me being from Northern California,so ordered one chavela and an adios. She brought a michelada and a chavela told her we didn’t want michelada just chavela and an adios. She rolled her eyes and gave it to a random guy sitting across from us. She brought an adios that genuinely tasted like soda,”and ive had some pretty weak adios’s” this one took the cake, almost as if it was made purposely weak for some unknown reason ? .we watched 3 families of 4+ come in after us,waited over 40 minutes, watched them all receive their meals before us,only for our waitress to return and ask if we were ready to order ? we paid for drinks and left,as she let out a sigh and gave us another eye roll

We stopped for a work lunch today, this was my first time here. Although, the restaurant only had two other tables, the service was incredibly slow, more than 30 minutes went by and we were still waiting for our order. When the food arrived, my food order was incorrect. The waitress offered to change it, and returned moments later with my food. Either way, the food tasted pretty plain.

Our group size:5
What I ordered: Huarache de cabeza and a Jarritos soda.

To my surprise my party of 6 including two kids, automatically had the 18% gratuity included as if we were a party of over 8 in some fancy place for horrible service ??‍♂️ constantly had to call another waiter which I understood they were busy but if the tip is included and I still have to do someone else’s job then that is unacceptable. This restaurant was my go to and now it’s regrettably the last place I’d come to.

Came in a Tuesday night to celebrate my graduation. Cakes ahead to reserve a table for 10. Which when we arrived they had it ready for us. The server Saul was very helpful and friendly. He made us feel welcome. Once he took our order of drink and brought them to our table he took our order, then he got busy with another table. We didn't see him again.
Anther server brought us our order out one plate at a time, mind you out dishes we on the hotline waiting and waiting. She finally decided to bring me my plate by the it was dry and not hot at all. Incomplete dish I asked her for the rest of it with an attitude she said it was coming. WELL, I guess the tortillas never grew feet and walked themselves to the table cause they NEVER arrived. It was then she offered to redue my order which by then everyone else was done eating!
This use to be a good place to eat. Now I don't recommend. It at all.
It gotten to expensive and the service and taste is horrible!
The restrooms were nasty doors don't lock. Women's restroom door is very hard to open.
The added the gratitude which I don't agree with because the service was terrible. Never did they came to offer us refills or to check up on us. WE had to call out for the service!
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME IN THIS PLACE! $300 down the drain!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Santa Fe last Friday night. I arrived around 9:30 PM and ordered some food and drinks. After my food was delivered, no one checked on my table for nearly 45 minutes. I had to get up and ask the server for assistance. She finally came over, and I was able to place another food order.

When my second order arrived, once again, no one came by to see if I needed anything else. I had to get up again to ask for limes. After bringing the limes, I asked the server if I could order another drink from the bar, but she informed me that both the kitchen and bar were closed—this was around 10:50 PM, while a live band was still playing.

To my surprise, shortly after I was told the bar and kitchen were closed, another couple walked in and was seated. They were promptly handed menus and served drinks from the bar. I observed as they were also able to order food, despite the server telling me it was not possible.

Feeling discriminated against, I stood up and expressed my dissatisfaction to the server, questioning why the other couple was being served while I was denied. Only then were drinks brought to me, but the fact remained that the couple who arrived after me was able to order both food and drinks without issue.

This experience was highly frustrating and felt discriminatory. I am requesting a full refund for my meal due to the poor service and unfair treatment I received. I hope this matter is taken seriously, and steps are taken to ensure no other patrons have to go through such an ordeal.

Food is ok but the service is a hit or miss. Sometimes I get great service and others I get mediocre service. Once I had a phone order, I picked up my food and went home to see they didn't get my order correct. I called them and the girl said she read my order on the phone but she didn't. She said if I wanted to make another order but denied because I didn't want to wait 20 minutes more and drive back. I would've given a 4 if the employee didn't lié about saying about reading my order.
