This Starbucks is the worst Starbucks by far that I’ve been into. It’s always the same issue the employees say that you can customize your order. If you want it extra toasted they always give me the same issue every time I walk in and I say can you please extra toast my sandwich go onto the app and add extra toast. I asked them once or twice they tell me the same thing there is no feature where it says that you can add an extra toast. They always give me an attitude they’re not friendly and they’re the rudest there. Starbucks is worse. Before you guys tell your customers to go on the app, look yourself and learn the app you work at Starbucks you should know what you can and can’t do. I pay for my drink and my food just like everybody else and if I wanted extra toasted, I should be able to get it. Why is it that it’s always an issue? This is the closest Starbucks to my work and I like to get Starbucks every morning just like everybody else but when you have people that work in a Starbucks where they give you attitude and they just can’t fix your order, you just feel like not going back.

Every time I go to this Starbucks I ask for something and they end up giving me something else. I asked for a Hot white chocolate Mocha like the menu says and they gave me a hot white chocolate! And it was half way not even a full cup. HORRIBLE!!!! it’s not the first time either!
Went around 8pm.... They took too long, gave me the wrong order, and customer service was really lacking.

I really wanted to love this location, but man I can’t tell you how many times they make mistakes on my drink!! I pray extra for them to add whip cream or line the cup with caramel and they try to play me like I’m dumb and say they added it and it’s blended into the iced coffee or it’s at the bottom of the cup. $7 coffee’s is no joke! Especially when they don’t make your drinks right! They all need to be retrained!! They gentlemen today said that I had to “add the whip cream on my iced gingerbread blonde expresso” but on the menu online it clearly says the ingredients and what’s already included in the drink! TRAIN YOUR DAMN EMPLOYEES in Coachella Starbucks! You guys are seriously lagging in a lot of areas

Day staff is more friendly than the night staff. Night staff is completely rude with very poor customer service. Really long lines, then I wait forever in the drive thru for someone to take my order and I don't even get a Hello or Welcome, just "what can I get for you". No "thank you's", no "have a nice night", nothing. Very unwelcoming environment. After receiving direct, unwarranted attitude from a woman at the window, I will not be returning here. Worst customer service I've ever received at a Starbucks in my life.
