Very rude employees including the manager. Bought a couple of gft cards and when I asked them to give me a gift receipt the manager said they don't do that,which is not true. They never get pur drinks right or food. Gave them a couple of chances,and they always fail. never ever will I go back. Rather go to the one on 48.

came on christmas it says it closes on 2:30 the staff was really rude they were going to close because they were short staffed but there was more than 6 people in the store and they werent notifying the costumers.

As a regular, I still tend to be left on hold for the longest time ever 🙂👍 yes I make the inpatient face (RBF) but I do wait and wait. It's fine I guess cuz I still get a great service overall 😊 I totally understand ✅ I'll continue to go because of course I'm an addict to my orders.! 💕💖 And I can literally make a review on every drink. I'm typically the samo lamo as I love to describe myself 🫡💋❣️

This Starbucks is the worst Starbucks by far that I’ve been into. It’s always the same issue the employees say that you can customize your order. If you want it extra toasted they always give me the same issue every time I walk in and I say can you please extra toast my sandwich go onto the app and add extra toast. I asked them once or twice they tell me the same thing there is no feature where it says that you can add an extra toast. They always give me an attitude they’re not friendly and they’re the rudest there. Starbucks is worse. Before you guys tell your customers to go on the app, look yourself and learn the app you work at Starbucks you should know what you can and can’t do. I pay for my drink and my food just like everybody else and if I wanted extra toasted, I should be able to get it. Why is it that it’s always an issue? This is the closest Starbucks to my work and I like to get Starbucks every morning just like everybody else but when you have people that work in a Starbucks where they give you attitude and they just can’t fix your order, you just feel like not going back.
The best Starbucks location in Coachella Valley! My orders are always perfect! The barista's are always happy to serve you! And there is a lot of seating and great place to have a meeting or coffee, just the way you like it, anytime of day! Thank you !! See you soon!!
