And Taproom 29 Taketh away! Came here for Half price apps and half price drinks after a Firebirds home game where they advertised this post game special. Upon arrival, the bar staff said it was only for half price drinks. Not the deal they are promoting, but a fair deal nonetheless. Our quesadilla was very good and the Jameson and Gingers were fine. We would go back, but they need to get things straight on advertising. Our server was Marcela, but it was her supervisor that shunned us!

Asked for soft scrambled eggs with cheese and they cane out hard scrambled with melted cheese on top😡😡😡who taught them how to cook soft scrambled eggs. Breakfast was mid at best. Then had the porkchops the next day, Asked for medium well and they were dry. Won't eat there unless there's absolutely nothing else open

Both of us ordered the clam chowder to start. I ordered fried calamari, my friend the fish and chips. Soup was good, served at just above room temperature, so it could have been hotter. Very basic clam chowder, the crackers were labeled with the Sysco logo, so I'm assuming the soup came frozen in a bag and is not home made. Calamari was only okay, a bit over cooked and rubbery. The fish was fried so long they were dark, almost looked burnt. My friend pulled off most of the breading and ate the fish inside. Happy hour glass of wine is 7 dollars. Bottom line. I'd come back for happy hour cocktails but I'd eat somewhere else.

Had a wonderful lunch with the wife on Sunday. Our server was great, love the Carafe of soda at the table, food was fresh. We had the soft pretzel to start, the cheese dip was good, but the mustard dip could have been a little more elevated. The Baja Surf & Turf Salad salad and the Baja Fish Tacos.

Had an amazing time at Taproom 29! The food was fresh and flavorful. I ordered the steak and eggs and it was perfectly cooked. I really feel like I got moneys worth. Joshua was our server and he was truly amazing. Super friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcomed. Easily a top server. The Spotlight Casino is for sure a place we’ll continue to visit in the near future!
I had the bone in ribeye cooked med rare and when it came out it was lees than an inch thick, probably a half an inch so it was cooked med well when it hit the table. The bad thing was asking for a manager, server didn’t know if he had one. When she came out promptly, she was amazing, her name was Debbie. We talked and she explained the situation and offered dessert because of the steak. Very nice. Esteban was overwhelmed at the bar with so many drinks order and customer that he was not able to check on me but his Sevice was good when he was present. He was very busy. Over all if restaurant was not busy great place to come but if busy you might want to wait. Tacos looked amazing but steak for 50 with it so then do something else.

Food was average but service was horrible. We had a party of 8 and after everyone else was served, I asked John about my dinner. He said he didn’t get an order from me! Really, he went around the table and took orders from everyone. He then walked away with no comment. Unfortunately they added a 20% gratuity automatically because of the party size, John did not deserve 10%. Overall, he was slow and unresponsive. Taproom, please do more skill set and customer service training with your staff.
