I’m going anywhere else other than here again. Placed an order for pick up and showed up 10 min after the order was supposed to be ready, was told to wait 2 min, and ended up waiting 35 min inside. I don’t know if people weren’t working or what was going on but I’ll never order from here again.

Tell me why I ordered an 8 piece boneless combo and I get 7 and a half. Cmon, speaking as someone who's worked fast food, it is not hard to make the portions right. Could've given me another small piece to make it like the others so it'd be a full 8. This just seems stingy and lazy.

They have a great two person special right now that I love and it is affordable. This location is clean and people are friendly. Not super comfy but it's enough. Parking is usually easy and free.

This wingstop has the absolute worst customer service of any fast food place. You place an order that says 10-20min, you get there and then they say it’s another 20 min wait with a couple of other people in the store. They also make no effort to call out any of the pending orders on the shelf. Line does not move yet there’s more than a dozen bags on the pickup shelf.
Staff here is frankly horrible, it’s like ordering from a high school cafeteria where half the people are too high to function.

Zero stars, go to the wingstop at 48 instead, this place always gives you wings with a dab of sauce, especially the spicy korean Q more dry than this desert, you pay for well sauced wings just for them to say you have to pay for extra sauce.
I placed an online order and when I went into the store and was asked my name and told to wait 10 more minutes. I sat down in front of the register waiting for my order. About 20 minutes passed and I went up to the register asking for my order. The same employee went to go check and my order had been ready not once did I hear her or any of the employees call my name out. It should be noted that it’s not the first time I have had bad customer service at this location. The customers are your paycheck and there is no reason to be treated this way.There’s individuals that can only afford to eat out once a month and to be treated this way is so unfair.

Store has terrible customer service. Bone-in chicken was not fully cooked. Ordered Dry rub but it was fully of oil on the bottom. Real bad service. Doesn't do any good when you complain. This restaurant needs to be shut down! Never order from this place!
