I’ve never seen more useless employees. Order was placed at 12:10, was supposed to be ready at 12:20. There was no line, and no urgency from anyone. Food wasn’t out until 12:50 and even though I had gone up to the window to ask about it, they never called out when it was ready. Why stay open until 3:30 if your employees aren’t going to work past 12? If the employees don’t want to work until 3:30 then why keep them there. Useless employees, bad service all around.

I ordered the 3-piece tender combo, and the size was worth the price! They tasted great, and the amount of sauce was as expected, since I liked them with extra sauce. The wait time was average, and I was able to enjoy the clean space.

My order has been incorrect these last two times back to back. The first time I ordered bone-in wings and got all of them boneless. This second time they completely forgot half of my order. I called in this second time go complain and seek a resolution and all I got was either come back in today (this was yesterday) or come in tomorrow and we will give you the missing items. I live about 20 minutes away and would much rather have just gotten a refund and called it a day to avoid having to go back, but even after they mess up the orders they still pick and choose how to “compensate”. They need better training on double checking the orders before they are handed out. Unpleasant experience at this location each time.

The place is available for online orders late at night, I think it's the highlight of this restaurant, as it's one of the better options for late night food in Coachella. the place is usually busy, on one occasion I didn't get my veggie's however other restaurants have done the same. Overall the chicken is great, the Fries are ok, i put them on the air fryer to make them crispier.
