After unloading the dirt bikes and gear at the cabin it was pretty much lunchtime, so what does any sane person do in that situation...They head straight to the Adam Springs Restaurant for some Amazing food, and that's exactly what I did!

It was a dark an stormy night ... luckily for me, I stumbled across this gem on the first night they were extending their hours for dinner service. One fabulous steak dinner, and excellent conversation with the staff and locals made my night. Thank you!
