If u go inside, u have to use the kiosk. This is not service. It takes me so long to figure it out. Why are they paying these people to work if they're just standing there looking at u like you're an idiot. Bad for business. Do the drive-through. Much faster and no stress waiting for people to figure out these machines.

How to stop and grab a Big Mac and fries and a coke haven't had it in a while and sounded so good

Say I won't be going there anymore to McDonald's and Colfax first of all Fry's were exceptionally cold I asked for meat and cheese only on my double quarter pounder I got a regular cold one with everything on it and my 5-year-old wanted root beer rather than soda with caffeine in it while I got caffeine in it threw it in the garbage and took her to Taco Bell

My buddy ordered food for pickup and sent me to get it. I admittedly pulled up within 10 minutes of closing which of course I wouldn’t do if I was placing an order but I was just picking one up. They ignored me at the microphone, then ignored me at the window, I watched them walk away once they saw me seemingly to hide so they wouldn’t have to fulfill an order, then shut the drive thru lights off as though to shoo me away. All of this while they were still technically open.
I ordered chicken mcnuggets for my kid that had to have sitting out for an extensive period. They were soft and so floppy yiu could bend the them in half without braking. Really sick. The staff was dismissive and refused to replace - told me to go to different McDonald's to deal with it. I do the tahoe drive bi-monthly and will never stop at this location again. Do you self a huge favor and avoi at all cost.
