I was so unimpressed with the drive-through girl working she is always extremely unpleasant but more so on this day. She's unhelpful, and after she handed me my drink, I had to wait almost 5 minutes to pay her. I almost drove away with a free drink because I was so irritated that I had to wait so long to pay. She always wears a black disposable mask ?

I just went in to buy a pound of coffee. They didn't have a very good selection, only four or five types. Only one was decaf. There's a significantly better selection of coffee at the local Sierra Market. The barista who ground the beans for me was not very friendly, even though she wasn't busy and my order certainly was not challenging.Wheelchair accessibility: The store is wheelchair accessible.

This Starbucks location is right off the freeway (I80). Easy to stop by and hop back on the freeway. There was plenty of parking as well! Only 1 of 2 bathrooms were working.
Bathroom unacceptable: No toilet paper, no paper towels, floor wet and strewn with used paper.

Someone bring dog in side and I let manger know she ask those people and they said service dog but honestly not service dog because they talk to each other but mangers not take seriously

Horrible service the girls weren't even paying attention for our order, the drinks weren't what we order or and they tasted horrible, I ask for a caramel macchiato with and extra shot and it was only milk, they just messed up our drinks so bad I had never been so unhappy with a drink from Starbucks like today.
