What's not happy with my experience? I had to go to the machine on the wall to order. My food and nobody was at the counter to help but my food was ready within twenty minutes

After coming home several times with "paid for" but "not in the bag" take out, we stayed away for a full year constantly disappointed, even after checking our bag before going home, and having to physically go back into store to get the rest of our order which con sists of the same "three" items! There seems to be a real lack of "customer service ", but hey, who's going to check on that? No one, so, it will be another year, maybe I'll try again then! Ugh! It's a taco bell for the love of god!!

Not a 5 Star restaurant... it's Taco Bell. But as far as Taco Bells go, this one is pretty great! I love the ordering kiosks and the ability to switch the menu to vegetarian! The food is made to perfection and the staff is efficient and friendly. This is the best Taco Bell I have ever been to.

Not only does their customer service suck, they almost exclusively can’t read the order and always mess something up. Today my dinner was 6 potato tacos with the lettuce and jalapeno sauce removed, and of course they add extra lettuce and extra jalapeño sauce and I can’t have that with stomach issues. People here suck. How hard is it to read the instructions? Don’t bother ordering from here as they simply don’t care or have any integrity with what they do.

When you enter, there was some weird smell but inside looks neat and has good seating. Food is good, service was faster. Restrooms are clean. Order kiosk is niceVegetarian options: Good selection of veggie options.

Can’t order through mobile app at all. It charges you, but when you get there I was told “we don’t do anything with the mobile apps” and had no idea how to get my refund other than “contact mobile app support.” … also, manager yells at employees… will not return.
this taco bell is filthy. plenty of workers, glass on building filthy, tables filthy, floor gross. animals allowed in restaurant. we cleaned our table before we sat down got our food but the speaker with very loud disturbing music made it impossible to hear each other. so had to move and clean a second table. lazy workers with no work ethic.

It was very good. What I mean by that is the drive through service is quick and friendly and I had my spoon included. A number of times lately at other Taco Bell they missed that item and not much a person can do with a Power Bowl and no spoon. This location did great.

The restaurant was very dirty, food all over the tables and floor. The floor was very slippery in some place, not because of water probably grease. Taco shells were nasty, you could smell that they were bad. For sure not coming back here.

Dirty restaurant and service was beyond slow. They spent too much time talking and not filling orders. Food tasted like it was not fresh. Will not go back.
