This is the worst chipotle ever. not only due they lack in customer service but they are always out of salad dressing and they don’t bother to tell you until you ask.

Bowl I ordered was good. Only found one long hair attached to my chicken. But I paid $6.30 for chips and Queso and got no chips. What's up?
I had to wait because there was an order that came in before me. I guess pre-order take priority over the customer at the store. I ordered the carne asada bowl. It was fine. They only had white rice. The counter looked messy and dirty. The self serve drink area was bad. I saw one of the staff walked over there but she didn’t bother to clean it up. Someone could slip and fall and SUE Chipotle. The trash cans were full. I wouldn’t go back again. It’s dirty. Used napkins on the floor, dirty tables. You would think after Covid, places would be cleaner.

The service was fine enough. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered a burrito bowl and the ordering procedure was okay. The food was meh and not too much to my liking. The inside of the building looks nice and modern.

Food is good. Customer service is lacking. Used to love this place, but they are getting less and less customer friendly. Once upon a time, you would walk in the and get greeted with a cheery welcome. Going through the line to smiling happy workers. I'd order my salad and kids chips. No problem. Now, that's not the case. Barely any eye contact. Get to the register, and the gal says nope can't do that. I don't want to waste a big bag of chips. Nope, no go. We can't do that. You have to buy the big bag or none at all. Bummed customer.

Didn't find out until I got there. - one time I waited 50+ min to pick up my dinner despite the app saying it was ready- one time I waited 30+ min to pick up my order despite the app saying it was readyNow I'm in line, it's been 32 minutes and I just found out they gave my order to someone else.Lol that's it for me. Never coming back.
