Coffee is good but the service lacks. Not because the employees who are good, it’s the system they have for taking orders.
They put one person on orders and they also have to make and deliver all the sandwiches. I have stood in line 5 minutes before I could even order, and at a place that takes at least 5 minutes to make your drink, this seems like too much.

Went in for a quick coffee around 10am and it was packed with people working on their laptops. Their menu was interesting and service was nice and friendly. Coffee came out hot and fast. I wish it were a little cleaner but nonetheless an overall decent experience. 8/10 would recommend.

Nice big and open feeling store. Parking is easy though driving around this area sucks. Would come here over the other one nearby on westborough which is basically just a mobile order hub. More comfortable to work or chill here

This is the best Philz location around the Daly City, Colma, and SSF area. Their service is fast, all staff are kind, and baristas make delicious drinks. It’s also much bigger than most Philz I have been to so there’s quite a bit of options for seating. They’re always playing nice pop or kpop music and have immaculate vibes. Please go here.
