Mostly when I come here they ask me how I want my drink and they ask if Watever I'm getting to eat warm up . Kinda sucks they look at me and think I wouldn't care about none of those things . This is only one employee. The rest have been great I always stop by to this location. Other then that employee they been good at there service. I understand work can be stressful and hard but don't let that come in the way of being nice to ppl . You might get a good tip that day :) :)

There is a worker who takes order sometimes. I’ve noticed couple of times that when she sees me approaching the order counter, she moved away from order counter and tried to avoid me for as long as possible. After a few minutes, she came back to take my order.

Who knew there'd be coffee and the police! Drama, drama, drama with and overdose. Hope the guy's okay. It's not because of this coffee though. Drug related. Anyways, this Philz was crowded at 3pm in the afternoon. Got my usual mint mojito, and it was done right.

I meant to write this review months ago. But I wanted to make sure I have credit to the sweet girl who helped me. I don't usually come to this area but I was dog sitting and love me some Philz (they don't have it where I live) so of course I had to stop and get my fix. I was super sick and of course had a cough attack in line and could barely talk to give my order. I felt so bad coughing while trying to order and without a second thought the girl behind the counter turned around and made me the best tea I think I've ever had with honey and everything that could help my throat. Then on top of that made my order perfectly as well. It was so sweet and thoughtful. I wish I remembered her name but I believe she a was a red head. She made my day and I still think about this interaction months later. Thank you for always being the best coffee joint. Thanks Philz
Generally good coffee and nice staff at this location. Broader feedback is the cups they use at most locations which leak at the bottom which leave coffee rings everywhere. I'm guessing the cups are better for the environment but they are annoying to your customers and will end up using more resources to clean up (paper towels, water/cleaner). I would urge them to use regular cups that don't leak.

I don't enjoy complaining, but this location is an absolute jabroni operation. Poorly staffed, (and the staff is doing their best), and poorly managed. If you order ahead on their app, be ready to add an extra 10-15 minutes to the "scheduled" pick up time. I won't be bringing my business to this location any longer.

Service was alright- I ordered a medium mint mojito with light ice and she put in for a small. It really wasn't a major issue but I was very excited for my coffee so it was just a bummer. The shop seems new so it is in very good condition. It is a bit different than most other Philz that I have been to. Usually they have a lot more character. The mint mojito was delicious as usual!

Philz is very inconsistent. I got the winter bliss 2 different times for my gf and I. Both times had different issues. The first time, coffee was Luke warm, and I had ordered inside. The second time, it had no spice or foam like the display and had WAY to much chocolate in it. The chocolate was all I could taste, that when I got home I made more coffee for the both of us to drown out the chocolate and it didn't work. This place is overpriced, and a small coffee shop can make a better pour over for the same price. Or go cheaper and just get coffee from McDonald's around the corner.
