I think this location has consistently been disappointing, and each time I order I hope it will be different. Alas, here I am on the porcelain throne, moments after stubbornly finishing a bowl with mushy rice and clearly not fresh fish. Again. Perhaps I am insane to hope for better.

I used to regularly order large poke bowls with a lot of extra proteins for both me and my mom.
Both of us have noticed significant drop in seafood quality in the last few months.
It’s just no longer fresh and makes me want to vomit instead of enjoying it. I will no longer order food from this place.
You wanted to save costs and switched to cheaper fish supplier? I hope you pay for this mistake by going out of business.

Ordered a 4 scoop of protein bowl just to get a 2 scoop with all rice. Paid $17. Wouldve just ate my own pants at that point

I ordered the medium poke bowl w/ white rice: - “fresh” crab for an extra $2 (I DID NOT choose imitation) - salmon - spicy tuna - tamago - masago - wasabi - fried garlic - mild poke sauce & spicy mayo - extra scoop of protein
I wish I slid a spatula underneath so I could peel back the thin layer of fish and show the 2+ cups of white rice they gave me to make it look full. I even paid for the extra scoop of protein which seemed no-existent. Also, the “fresh” crab that I paid the extra $2 for was drowning in mayonnaise. Total price was $22.80.
This is a great place to get some good food especially if you like salmon, brown rice, mixed green scale, sweetcorn, carrots, white onions, jalapeños, and the works.

I frequent this place because it is nearby and is one of the few places still open later at night past 9pm when I am off work. I like that there is a good balance between the ingredients, and the salmon always tastes fine. I recommend large because that is enough food for 2 meals, so you get a much better deal for a few dollars more. It's also really nice to be able to use the paper to choose your order, that way there is no anxiety about taking too long to order or holding up a line. I've never even seen a line here, maybe because I come late night. There's always an empty parking spot or multiple spots right in front, so it's super quick too. I think it's because of how quickly the staff makes the bowls and from how you order by writing on paper, so nobody has to wait long. The staff always seem pretty nice, friendly, and patient. So in my frequent times here, I've never had a bad experience.
Parking: We've always been able to park right in front when we come at night.

I never go here for the service or the atmosphere, as both are always terrible, but as long as the food was solid I didn't care and tempered my expectations. Today changed my mind, however, when I received a bowl I couldn't eat because the fish they used was rotten. The spicy tuna was not spicy. It was just chunk tuna, untreated and unflavored. I'm repulsed by what was served to me today and now I'm worried I'll be sick.

Hi Family I was actually looking for a place to eat. That was pretty good. Didn’t feel like eating no fried food or fast food so I just happen to see this place called poke bowl walked and placed my order. It was cool you put your order an a paper. It has a very nice atmosphere. You get to choose your sides. I must say if you’re looking for a good place to eat that is not fried you wanna stop by poke bowl this place is the bomb.
