The food is great of course but the service I received on december 10th at 12pm was just atrocious. I waited 30 minutes for my order when the line was essentially non existent. The guy who took my order unfortunately had no idea what he was doing because his line was going the slowest of the two, and he had to take my order twice for some reason. when i’m in the line after placing my order in the drive thru, my drink gets brought out right away, but people who ordered after me kept getting their order first. The workers literally caused me to be a traffic hazard as I was blocking the lane waiting, before they decided to tell me to go to the curbside pick up spot. This makes me really question the hiring process because how did I not get a job but these other people did?
Good food,really crowded.alot of parking.

Just had this for the first time via online ordering. While the online ordering app was flaky, my order was actually ready by the time I got there! I was expecting the place to be chaos due to the recent opening but it seemed to be running quite smoothly (despite the drive thru line being crazy long and there being a line out the door for people wanting to dine in). As for the food itself, I didn't expect it to be as good as it was hyped up to be (after all it's just chicken tenders right?), but my whole family are fans. The chicken was really tender and the toast was scrumptious. Once the lines die down, it looks like a nice place to dine in.

In short, I went at 5pm during peak hours, 2 lines for drive through, very well staffed and clean location both inside and outside patio area, do not be hesitant if you see a line outside the entrance or the drive through since it moves very fast. Food was prepared very quickly with little to no wait time. Even with the crowd of people, there was plenty of space to sit and eat.

Staffing:
At my time of visit there were 4 employees at all times at the drive through areas, 1 employee holding the door open and guiding customers, 1 employee standing next to the mobile order pick up area, 3 cashiers, 2 employees handing out the finished food orders, 1-2 employees at all times walking near the tables picking up food / cleaning tables / sweeping floors / asking customers if they were satisfied with everything both inside and outside, and I do not know how many were cooking in the kitchen. Very well staffed.
Food:
I ordered the chicken finger box combo and also the sandwich combo. The chicken fingers themselves also including inside the sandwich were not crispy, they were warm and soft but not cold. The fries were crispy and no complaints there. The sandwich was just 3 chicken fingers, lettuce and sauce / buns. There is only 1 self serve soda fountain that had a line waiting for it. Probably this location needs a 2nd machine from how busy it is.
Atmosphere:
Photos / decor everywhere on the walls, Christmas tree, disco balls on ceiling, music, has bar-like seating areas, regular tables and booths. Has an outdoor seating area with lights above for nighttime seating. Overall the ambiance felt fast paced but also relaxing.
Bathroom:
3 seperate bathrooms, numbered key code needed to enter. Very clean bathrooms, they are individual coded bathrooms, toilet / sink / urinal, great privacy. There were no lines for the bathrooms during my visit.

Service is fine, building is new. I just don't get the hype or why the line is long. The chicken is flavorless and breading is soggy. Sauce was the only flavor so should be a sauce company not a chicken company. I'll keep going to Popeyes, don't need sauce to enjoy the meal.

The sweet tea is on point! Best sweet tea I've had since moving from Texas. The fries were a bit too salty. I couldn't finish them. But the location is new, so I'm sure they're working out some kinks.

Chicken fingers not crispy like what we had on other raising canes locations, drive through line was outrageous. I recommend walking inside to order or maybe order ahead for pick up

What’s the point of “skip the line” for a mobile order if there’s a massive line to GET the mobile order?
The lines are too long, but the food is good

It took me an hour and a half to get my order! People who were behind me in line got their order first. I didn’t order anything crazy either: two box combos, two additional fingers, and an extra Canes sauce.
I checked in a couple of times to see what the holdup was on my order and they just kept telling me, “it’s going to take a little longer.” I told them I had been waiting for more than an hour and still told me to keep waiting. Finally, more than an hour and a half later, they looked at my receipt, apologised and made my order in less than two minutes.
The manager told me that next time I should let the staff know after fifteen minutes if I still hadn’t received my order. I told her that I did that but her employees just kept telling me to wait. She shrugged it off and walked away. A complete waste of my time.
I’ll go to the Canes in Oakland in the future. It may be farther away. I may get robbed at gunpoint. But at least the employees treat their customers with respect there.

We finally had the chance to check out this new Canes! The Colma location is amazing.
We stopped by ~8PM, and between the time we ordered and got our food, it was ~10 minutes. They are well staffed, quick, and the food was great!
We live in the Sunset and used to drive to Oakland to get our Cane’s fix. It would sometimes be over an hour wait to get our food there (they only do drive-thru), and sometimes the quality was not the best.
With this new location, I 100% recommend checking it out over Oakland. We will be coming to this location moving forward!

Didn't think I'd find a fast-food chain that hits home with my taste bud. The lemonade, chicken fingers, and wrinkle fries are BOMB. The chicken was juicy on the inside and the batter on the outside was indeed crispy. Waaaaaay exceeded my opinion prior to walking in. We didn't have to wait long, the system they had was quick and efficient and fair. I wish they had one of these in Michigan.

It was ok, just okay. Too bad we didn't get a Zaxby. Chicken has no seasoning, the toast is only toasted on 1 side?
