Just had this for the first time via online ordering. While the online ordering app was flaky, my order was actually ready by the time I got there! I was expecting the place to be chaos due to the recent opening but it seemed to be running quite smoothly (despite the drive thru line being crazy long and there being a line out the door for people wanting to dine in). In short, I went at 5pm during peak hours, 2 lines for drive through, very well staffed and clean location both inside and outside patio area, do not be hesitant if you see a line outside the entrance or the drive through since it moves very fast. Food was prepared very quickly with little to no wait time. Even with the crowd of people, there was plenty of space to sit and eat.

Service is fine, building is new. I just don't get the hype or why the line is long. The chicken is flavorless and breading is soggy. Sauce was the only flavor so should be a sauce company not a chicken company. I'll keep going to Popeyes, don't need sauce to enjoy the meal.
