Honestly hasn’t been to one of these in so long and was expecting it to be like it used to. Everything at the salad bar was flavorless and not at all worth what we paid. Even the drinks seemed off to my wife and I. At least there was a target to go to and get some food at afterwards. Was even surprised to see a sizzler still around should have known

Super disappointed!! Grew up loving Sizzler! Was upset when they started closing all in the area I live in. My husband works by there so he has been mentioning it from time to time. Our family, for Christmas, went to the mall nearby and then went here for dinner. We don't have a lot on money to eat out so this was supposed to be a treat...We get there and there are no tables because they are either occupied or filled with dirty dishes. The ONE waiter was also bussing tables. We found a booth and it took 25 minutes for the waiter to even come over and get our tag. My husband and I got the salad bar. My daughter got the trip tip with cilantro lime rice and my son ordered the Malibu chicken with no ham or cheese. They bring out the food and the chicken has the cheese and ham on it. We sent it back. The Tri tip was cooked rare when we asked for medium. It had no flavor. The cilantro lime rice, it tasted the rice a roni. Finally my son got his food like 20 minutes later...I mean I guess that is a good sign that they cooked a new meal instead of scraping the stuff off the top. The salad bar...there was a dirty plate on the edge that was there both times we went up there. The toppings for the salad were frozen. The meat balls had a funny smell and the macaroni sad tasted horrible. They had chicken wings up on the side of the hot bar like it was an after thought. The dessert bar...ice cream was all over the floor and only the chocolate worked...what a mess. My son poured a starry and it looked like lemonade. I am not a complainer, but I asked for the manger to come over...he looked like he wanted to laugh and the two things he said was...we are busy and then offered a refund which I took. There is no excuse for being that disorganized and dirty. The review by Christian was accurate...the brand has died. Very sad. I would not step foot in this establishment.

Kim at the Colma location extremely rude and unprofessional waited over 45 minutes to get chicken was told if I did not like it I could leave without getting a refund I expressed I would complain to corporate management she replied are you threatening me by my statement and if so to leave right now.. now that I see the posted complaints i will never be back here to this location ever.

I ordered my meal to go but I had to be seated at a table to wait, the waiter took my meal ticket & came back in less than 5mins with my meal. I cash tipped the waiter. New York strip steak & baked potato with butter sour cream. My surprise when I got home was 3 slices of cheese toast in the bag! Steak was cooked perfectly med-rare & was tender. Only downside was the restaurant is very old & visually rundown on inside, needs a serious remodel. Also there was a very large birthday party group ahead of us & the wait to order & be seated was very long, because about everyone in the birthday group was paying separately. Suggestion for SIZZLER when having large groups keep them all at 1 register & keep a 2nd register open for others to be checked in. This Sizzler is very busy, especially at weekend dinner.
It's just okay, be better with a better dressing for the salad

If i could give a zero star review i would. Easily the worst meal i have had while visiting in America. We went to sizzler for some nostalgia as we no longer have sizzler in Australia instead i will probably get diarrhea. The salads looked wilted and sad, the pasta was an over cooked sloppy mess with no flavour. $20 USD for a salad bar and a drink is a joke with that type of quality. Meant to be endless cheese toast, we got offered one basket and then didn't see a server again. Not normally one to make such a negative post but was so disappointed in this experience.

Ordered through DD and asked for the works on the baked potato. Nothing. Dry. They are obvious incompetent and cannot read. I waited 45 minutes for this order. So upset. Actually the whole entire meal is discusting. Chewy steak, over cooked chicken, soggy bread.
