Not my prefered starbucks to visit. The cashiers at the drive thru after 8pm can be a bit rude. Checked my drink and there was more ice than tea. This was my go to spot during the pandemic, but as of now I recommend the serramonte center starbucks. They still do a good job in the morning hours here. Hope they can figure it out soon. The seating inside can be cramped, but outdoor seating is great during warmer weather.

I think they forgot about me because they were too busy talking smh had a warm croissant and now it’s cold. I refused to wait another 15 min and I was the first one there but the last one to get her drink. Do better Starbucks!

For a flat stone military look like, $860 including tax. All writing was included. I checked other places they were charging for the same stone $1500-$2100. Veteran‘s information was included but limited. Spouses information was $20-$25 per letter.

Went to buy drinks for my family, the cashier was pretty nice. When we got our drinks the girl that was doing the refreshers ( burgandy sweater) had a really bad attitude while serving the order. We got our Latte drink but it was more of a cappuccino and was not full for a Grande latte. I asked if it could be made again, she just turned around and said I didn’t make your latte. She told her coworker to make it again. It’s fine if they didn’t make it right but the way of how the customer service was they need to better their attitude. Definitely won’t be coming to this location.
