I didn't even know we had a Wingstop in Serramonte. With only two tables, perhaps not the best spot for dining in. The staff won't call your name when your order is ready. We had to check after waiting a long time. Our order was on the ready for pickup rack behind the counter. We had some wings, atomic, mango habanero and garlic parmeasan. We tried to avoid the boneless wings as they are much smaller. The tenders were really salty and needed ranch to be edible. The spicy chicken sandwich was too plain. The weird part of this restaurant was, no garbage cans. People have to either take their trash with them or leave it on the table or counter. The kitchen was really slow too. There was a horde of people waiting for their orders at 10pm. The saving attribute for this Wingstop location is that they are opened until 1am.

ECOMMDEPOT

This is my second time getting takeout from the store. They know how to cook chicken unlike some other locations. They make it too dry and usually the garlic Parmesan is not salty enough but here they know what they’re doing. The chicken is moist than burnt and dry.I’ve heard from other people that their service is not good but for me, it’s the food quality that matters the most and you know the service people are human to they encounter on a huge volume of people all the time

I just ordered carryout. When I got to my car, I wanted to double check I had everything in my order and I didn’t. I was missing my lemon pepper sauce I ordered and told them I didn’t have the sauce when I checked. They told me they put it in the bag but it was not there. It’s just ONE sauce I ordered and they can’t even admit they forgot to put it in. Terrible customer service for giving me attitude about ONE sauce.

I went for 15 pieces of chicken in a combo!

The customer service is of poor quality; they speak and communicate in a disrespectful and inappropriate manner. I was watching how they prepared the food, and they don't use gloves while cooking!

They touch their hair while cooking and wipe their hands with napkins and place them on the preparation table; they are not clean when cooking!

There should be better supervision!

Whoever hired that manager wants this location out of business.
Horrible customer service/ prices are more expensive than other locations. Wings are dry.

DON T ORDER ONLINE DELIVERY from this store the manager gives incomplete orders to drivers and wants them to fill up the drinks themselves then makes them cancel on you.

I spent around $30 for boneless wings only to get these little wings that looks like a kids meal! You got to be kidding me. Definitely not ordering from this location again. This was not worth $30 at most $8. Never again.

The food is supper greasy and not eatable! When they add seasoning with oil they need to drain the oil but they pour the chicken with all the oil that it was cooked in into a plastic to go box which is very gross and waste of food, your time and your money!
Not going back there again!

They got my order wrong, first I was missing my 6pcs chicken. So I went back and they gave it to me but then when I went back home I was so disappointed as I was missing my two brownies as well. I paid for nothing :(. It's so disappointing because I am excited to eat it but then not just I wasted my money but also my time. My mistake is that I didn't double check it but the service gotta do better as well! So disappointed :(.
