I didn't even know we had a Wingstop in Serramonte. With only two tables, perhaps not the best spot for dining in. The staff won't call your name when your order is ready. This is my second time getting takeout from the store. They know how to cook chicken unlike some other locations. They make it too dry and usually the garlic Parmesan is not salty enough but here they know what they’re doing. I just ordered carryout. When I got to my car, I wanted to double check I had everything in my order and I didn’t. I was missing my lemon pepper sauce I ordered and told them I didn’t have the sauce when I checked. They told me they put it in the bag but it was not there. It’s just ONE sauce I ordered and they can’t even admit they forgot to put it in. Terrible customer service for giving me attitude about ONE sauce.
