I haven't been to Baker's in a while and I don't think I'll be back. The whole menu has changed and their food doesn't taste like it used to. I asked the guy if I could get a papa meal and he said we don't have those. I said oh okay can I get the double cheeseburger combo and he said we don't have combos anymore. Then I asked him can I get a double cheeseburger and he said would you like the meal?? I definitely won't be back

The place is clean and the lady who served me was professional (although, she couuuld smile a little, although i understand because it's difficult for me sometimes, too ??? ). The burrito was surprisingly bigger than i am used to elsewhere for the price. i definitely got my money's worth, i think. i am very aware nowadays of the pricepoint parity.thank you.

Someone needs to talk to the people who work here, they don't know how to serve people and they make faces at you when you say something to them when they serve bad food.

Went in and got a burrito and taco. The taco barely had any meat in it and it wasn’t wrapped correctly so everything fell out of the taco into the bag. I understand they get busy but they should still package the items correctly. It was a waste of money. The worker was polite but they need to work on food packaging and

Decent food , sometimes outrageous waits in the drive through though. The employees could have better service. I miss when the older people worked at bakers there was more respect and the food wasn’t thrown together, like they didn’t care.
I'm not going to lie. It's been a while since I've been to Bakers. (Dietary reasons) What happened to the burritos... the tortillas used are not very good... other than that, drive thru still takes a while, but food it still good. Please bring back the original tortillas.

This is totally unacceptable to serve twice fried tater tots. I'm really bothered by this. Come on $4.55 for garbage. These employees should be fired. Overpaid and under qualified. Bakers please have some quality standards in place. You owe me for what I paid for basically non-eatable food. And to top it off I was 20 minutes in the drive through, Pity!!!!!
