The place was great. The manager lady that doesn’t live on the actual property is a pain in the butt. Her attitude is trash. She changes rules often and doesn’t give notices like a professional manager should.

Great place to live. My family and I are no longer there but it was great !!

I love living here, I've been here for 7 years about to be 8 in February, the neighborhood is great, quiet and safe, only had one break in to my bfs car but it was a older Honda so it was expected. Don't see any other cars getting messed with at night, we have security on the property from 6pm to around 2 am and it's nice, the only thing stopping me from giving 5 starts is I wish the HOA would stop making everyone suffer for stupid people. We've had our spa closed down permanently for vandalism, our gym is closed also, and our laundry room hours changed from 6am-11pm to 10am-11pm because of others, there is also not enough washers and dryers to accommodate the amount of people in the complex. 6 washers and 6 dryers for the whole left side. And about 5 more on the right side. There are always fights over washers and dryers because no one follows the 3 per household rule. Also, would be great if we could get a designated area for the kids. Perhaps take out the second pool that no one really uses and put a play area there! That would be great. Other then that. It's a great place to live!

Great place to live, clean, quiet, comfortable. Only drawback is the closed fitness center and Jacuzzi. Board of directors prefers to close amenities rather than deal with those who abuse privileges. Would be five stars otherwise.

Just had to add my review on this location where I reside, just to inform people of a really good area to live in is Canyon Bluffs Condos Colton, California, So if you are looking for a good spot is here, close to school's , market's, Freeway's , Bus lines. Hospitals. Solomon Chavarria
