I had hoped for a breakfast burger, but made the mistake of walking in rather than wasting gas in the drive-thru. They kept taking care of drive-thru, even those who got there after I did, so no breakfast burger today

Diana was AMAZING!! I rarely eat out because of service issues but I’m definitely coming back her customer service is amazing!! Great job whoever hired her!! We need more staff like her!

Avoid this Carl’s Jr at all cost I went ordered a chicken Sandwich no mayo add bacon and cheese they make my order wrong I drive home to realize they messed up my order the so called “supervisor” that claimed was in charge was laughing at me over the phone said if I wanted my refund or anything I had to go back after he repeatedly hung the phone up on me mind you I live at least 30 mins away I was only in the area to go to Walmart. Upon arrival I told the guy I wanted my money back for his mistake with my food he asked for the food back I gave it to him he threw it back at me slammed the window shut and didn’t give me my refund back he injured my hand on the window he needs to be fired. Yet he want to act like the victim and pretend to call the police
