This is the third time I’ve come to this Del Taco for a Double Del Cheeseburger and they don’t have either the patties or the buns. This time I even called ahead while on my way, specifically asked if they had everything to make it, and was told yes. I get to the window, and suddenly they “ran out.”
At this point, it feels less like bad luck and more like they just don’t want to make certain menu items. The last time I came, they didn’t have what they needed for loaded fries either.
On top of that, there’s a constant turnover of employees — it’s always new faces and always short staffed. This Del Taco used to be the best, but now it’s gone downhill fast. Honestly, it’s become the worst one.

The female manager told me to please stop trying to open the rest room door after they supposedly opened it for me. So basically she didn't let me a paying customer use the rest room. July 22 at 7:55 pm. Very rude to me because I'm a Mexican American with a hat... Never coming here again with anybody!

This place is terrible!!! The first time I said maybe it’s a bad day, second time maybe still just a bad day. Tried to give the benefit of the doubt but once again everything was bad. I refuse to give hard earned money to a place that refuses to give any effort!!!
