I think the staff need to learn some manners , I mean the girl with curly hairs. She have to talk polite even we are picking the order for DoorDash or Uber . We are doing our jobs.

The homeless will come up to your car while in the drive thru. I can't believe management hasn't done anything about this! They are there all the time with drug activity in the drive thru and behind the store this seriously needs to be addressed.

I know that del can't do anything about the outside of their establishment,but keep it clean. There are homeless people all around smoking while you're driving thru with your family, not caring at all. Always police activity.....
I literally just ordered food and my burger looked completely smashed it wasn’t presentable there was barely meet and the tomato slices were old and so were the lettuce shaving this sandwich looked like you gave me an old sandwich that was already poorly made I paid a lot of money to have my food and you guys ruined it whoever is on duty July 27 at 4:30 you need to regroup, this is unacceptable I literally didn’t finish my food because it tasted horrible and old and just not right I really wish a manager would reach out and correct this I love this location I’m a regular customer at your location this is unacceptable. I stopped eating the whole order to let you know how you did on my order that I just received I will be calling for a refund my churros were so stale I’m so disappointed with the service

The staff is super rude and poorly behaved by the true drive and inside the store they want to treat you badly and they want you to do whatever they want.
