I stopped by on 06/15/25 and ordered my usual as this location has become into my go to after a work shift and I was treated very nicely by the shift manager in charge. Huge shoutout to Crystal Roberts! She made my experience wonderful and I have never been treated like that by any employee before. I was supposed to use a deal from the app and the cash register didn’t take it and she instead offered me a complimentary item to make up for it. She definitely made my experience that much better and the food was very fresh and tasty as it could ever be. Thank you Crystal for the wonderful customer service! You are an exemplary manager.

We went to this Del Taco on Sunday, June 1st at around 12:10 AM, and the whole experience was a letdown. My girlfriend and I ordered multiple items with extra cheese on everything — but not only was the total way higher than expected, they charged us for extras we never asked for, like extra meat and chili.
And the worst part? They didn’t even add the extra cheese. It’s like, what did I even pay extra for?
To top it off, we specifically asked for Inferno and Scorcho sauce, and they only gave us two of each — for a full order and two people. Completely ridiculous.
Overcharged, underdelivered, and just sloppy service all around. Not okay.

I think the staff need to learn some manners , I mean the girl with curly hairs. She have to talk polite even we are picking the order for DoorDash or Uber . We are doing our jobs.

The homeless will come up to your car while in the drive thru. I can't believe management hasn't done anything about this! They are there all the time with drug activity in the drive thru and behind the store this seriously needs to be addressed.

Not 24 hours every day like they advertise. Either cut hours or pay people enough to want to work overnight. But advertising yourself as 24 hrs when you aren't is disingenuous.
