Service is too bad there employees are too rude i went there to pick up the order they delayed almost 30 minutes at last i had to cancel the order coz of these employees they are too bad i faced this problem many times here đ€

the worst place to go to if you have the waitress briceida, at first i thought making a conversation would make her be good with us but it didnât i thought i had known her from somewhere else and she gave me an attitude saying yeah everyone says that like with a serious face, then i tell her my drink she brings me the wrong one, and when she brings me my food it has something red and nasty looking on top of my sirloin itâs that thing from when you cook a raw meat and this gray with blood shows up well thatâs what it had on the top so i asked to redo and she ends up saying out-loud and in spanish to the cook that i wanted more cooked being smart about it kinda complaining about it to the cook so i ended up not trusting this place with my food and just paid two other plates that were good just not mine for some reason i donât know her and donât understand her ugly ways shes a passive aggressive person who acts nice so people donât see her true self she even provoked an argument with my family because they couldnât see what i was seeing about her against me, i am a spiritual person i can see and feel the bad spirit and she was not good with me, never ever will i go to this Dennyâs. To top it off she and her other help said âthey couldnât give me Dennys number that i had to talk to the manager in that restaurant the next day that i will not speak to anyone higher than that.â in other words.

The customer service at this particular Dennys is great. The servers are friendly and cheerful.
Customer service is horrible, pull in for curbside pickup gave them A call to let them know I was outside. She told me to give her a minute and immediately hung up the phone, instead of waiting, I went inside to pick up my order and seeing her doing nothing confused me, when I seen my order sitting on the table, I asked if it was mine in two people had to come and assist instead of just looking at the name on the receipt and confirming that it was my order, then one of the servers Question, do we bring out orders? How do you not know that there is a curbside option for the establishment that you work at I am very displeased with this service from today
